You don't like other ethnicity because of you don't like to drink and party? Or is it because of their looks and such? I don't drink much nor do I party either and it doesn't hinder me much in terms of getting to know them or spinning them.

This is exactly it. My profile is solid and my matches slowly started dying down. I used to remake my account every 2 months and this worked till they fixed it... You can make a new account but they use phone numbers now to make sure that doesn't happen.

Up to you and how much you value the girl. If the girls checks off the boxes you value and you think you see potential; you can invest time and mold her. Be wary of how much you invest and don't fall into the sunk cost fallacy. If after a certain point she doesn't try to get better you should drop her. If you don't care much you could always just use her for pumping. Flip her over and do your thing and save your moves for other girls and have her as backup.

Shit like this happens and not much you can really do to "fix" the situation and it's going to be hard for us to give you advice without understanding the vibe and only hearing your perspective. 1) The owner like you initially but down the line he found someone else who is fighting for your spot. It could be a better bartender, a hotter chick who will bring in more business, his wife's nephew who wants this gig.... 2) You did or said something that rubbed someone at the staff the wrong way. Only…

It's most likely the latter. She came over, she had wine and she was kissing you; you nearly had it. When she says "feels so wrong I'm in a relationship blah blah" I usually just grin and agree and amplify. Make it sexual "Yeah but you love it and can't help it. You love being a bad girl don't ya?" Situations like this I almost never give an ultimatum but make it a game. Be her dirty secret. Give her those "I wanna fuck you after" and smirks when you are in public or at parties.

Slow your horses buddy. The two hours prolly includes warming up, stretching, main lifts, foam rolling and little time here and there for sauna or stuff. Nothing wrong with going 6 days a week. I go 6 days a week. Going to the gym doesn’t mean you are only lifting weights. I could be going for a cardio session, functional stuff, work on my mobility or do some extra work on my weak body parts . He might have better recovery then you. Quit acting like there is only one way to go about something

Lmao that's not you implementing dread. Dread is supposed to be done subtly; you just tried to come off non-nonchalantly making yourself sound high status but instead came off insecure. A better example: You were hanging out with her and get a snap from the cheerleader and she sees and asks about it. You just dismiss it as a friend. Her imagination is more powerful then you explaining it.

People don't seem to understand this. The way you carry yourself, your looks, your height, your leanness, and your style all play a MAJOR factor in how people view you and respect you.

Respect is earned, not given away. Respect is not only earned but it is subconsciously commanded. While there is a hierarchy of social order it isn't absolute as value isn't absolute. This is what separates charismatic people with regular people and why people are attracted to them. They subconsciously radiate their value but not by emphasizing how they are above someone. They treat everyone with genuine respect. You don't think the janitor knows that you are above him in value but try thanking …

You don't just observe once and then draw a conclusion from it. It's much more then that. It seemed like he straight up didn't respect you whatsoever and it doesn't have to do with you being too nice. You draw from one incident without looking at other variables and come to the conclusion that I was nice thus I wasn't shown respect. That is not a theory.

If you are feeling disrespected chances are you still have some kind of feelings toward this girl. If you truly gave no fucks about her you would genuinely not care and laugh it off and even give the dudes some tips about the shit she love that you did to her.

It absolutely is. All this "Trust is so fucking blue pill" comments reeks of insecurity. At the end of the day you are always going to be anxious, insecure, and doubtful if you don't have little bit trust in your relationships. That doesn't trust blindly but do it selectively and incrementally by watching their actions.

Humans are wired to be accepted and acknowledged in general; we are social and pack mentality creatures and being accepted increases survival rate. With that being said our brains pickup on things that stand out the most whether it be in patterns, behavior or looks. If at a party everyone likes you, is paying attention to you, thirsty over you except for this one person then you are going to pick up on it. The next step is the brain trying to come up with a logical solution for why that is. Is i…

You seem to think frame is some kind of exterior armor that you wear or put on everyday before you go about your day. While that is a good way to think when you are just starting out it's more then that. Frame isn't something that protects you from all emotions or something that inhibits to show them it's; something that helps be more self aware so that you can react logically instead of emotionally. There are gonna be times when the emotion is too overwhelming. Maybe your dog died or you just f…

It's up to you on how you want to go from here. For me personally when it comes to things like this I immediately let them know that if she thinks it is fine for her to do something then that extend to me as well. Her: "We were in a relationship for 7 years and he is still part of my life. I don't want to delete them" Me: "Okay cool. “Peacocking” is an animal courtship display used in the wild and nature not PUA shit doesn’t meant the the PUA community picked up and went overboard with it. It is a legitimate behavior that is observed by both animals and humans to display superiority. Again learn more about the fundamentals rather then the surface level posts you read on here and maybe that will not to generalize things.
/r/TheRedPill20/09/19 01:13 AM

That’s the problem with generalization it lumps several variables and characteristics together and is often not true. If you can be insecure and you can be buying expensive watches and cars as a way of compensating for your inner self confidence. You can also be secure and buy expensive cars and clothes because you enjoy the machinery switching from different gears or have appreciation for the clockwork. You saying “Oh look at him in that expensive car trying to show off cause he is so insecure”…

Tattoos are a form of compensating for a deficiency that you perceive in yourself. You are trying to manipulate people's impression of you by pre-emptively telling them how they should perceive you. This isn't always true and generalizing everyone who has tattoos is a major flaw in your thinking. You are constantly trying to portray a picture of yourself from the way you dress, you walk, smile, the shoes you wear and tattoos are similar in that sense. It doesn't mean you are compensating for a d…

There isn't a rule-book or guide it is all up to you and your mindset/what you want out of the relationship. Personally I believe that every relationship has a "death". At a certain point the energy and incentive required to make it work begins to fall. She is going to get comfortable and so are you. What if everything else I'll find is "less"? That is only if you think the girl you are with now is "the one" and nothing can exceed that 100p. Which obviously isn't true.

However, it's time for me to take the rains and I have no idea where to start. This. You waited a whole year to take the reins and she is suddenly like "huh? wtf". You can't expect to change the rules suddenly and expect her to comply. That's like telling your dog to get off the couch after letting it sit on the couch for a year. You are going to have to retrain and rewire. Start off with slow things. First do it outside of the bedroom. Small commands. "No we are going to eat here" "we ate there…

The only variable that you can control are you thoughts and actions; outside of that there really isn’t much you can do. You can play the perfect game and still lose that’s just life. Look at athletes and stars; they are top 1% in terms of value and they still get cheated on. I’d say do a combination of both. Remind her that you are with her for a reason but don’t let her forget that wouldn’t hesitate to walk away at any disrespect.

1) Pass the age shit tests. This is pretty early on. They want a young stallion not a calf. You gotta pass this smoothly and coyly. 2) Have to be direct and aggressive. They enjoy the chase and game but not as much as younger girls. They don't have the time usually for the long game; they know what they want. 3) They are usually looking for the excitement/rush that they are lacking in their life. If you can show them that it's a wrap.

You should have vetted her better before moving her up to a relationship status. Too much insecurity is a relationship poisoner and girls who are this insecure usually tend to be very volatile and reactive. If she wasn't always like this it means there is a rising gap in the SMV and she is getting anxious/worried about. That's her problem to fix not yours.

First of all that's a subset you are talking about. Women who are in abusive relationships usually have deep insecurity problems and they are addicted to the the roller-coaster of attention that the guy gives her. Secondly women always want guys who care for them. They only respect guys who care about themselves first over anyone else's needs/hers.

Just jokingly pull her on the couch and tickle her or whatever you do and "Soo how did you keep yourself busy while I was gone?" play with her hair, kiss her. Let her defenses down. I'd ask her right after sex. "You ever take plan b?" much more relevant then dinner. This way if she answers straight away "Oh no I didn't but I was actually talking to XXXX cause she was taking it and her stomach hurt or whatever" and it seems legit then you don't come off as suspicious

Why are you asking her what she likes or doesn't like? You should be able to figure it out during the act or at the very best don't outright ask her "if you like me doing X Y X" make it more subtle so it doesn't look like you are a puppy trying to please her. She definitely isn't purposefully sabotaging your skills. That's like you telling her to make your sandwich wrong so that she won't learn how to make good sandwiches so she won't go make sandwiches for other dudes.

Look at the rest of her search history on her phone when you get a chance. If she is looking up something on a specific day she prolly cheated the day before... Find out what she did during the week. See if it stays the same. Pull on any loose threads. "Oh I did this and this with so and so" Finally observe her facial reaction when you bring it up "plan b" innocuously. If she freezes up. If she avoids eye contact. If she mumbles/deflects...call her out immediately when she is unprepared. Make it…

Depends on your skin. I have little bit drier skin so I use the tub it’s thicker but if you have more oily or normal skin I’d say get the bottle (daily moisturizer) it’s thinner and dissolves right into your skin. Both are non condogenic so don’t clog your pores or gives you acne. They draw water into your skin and make it mad soft. I’ve had bitches straight up say how ridiculously it was that as a guy my skin was softer and better then theirs.

I bought bronkaide but apparently Primatene has a little bit higher concentration so imma check that out for this years cut. Any pharmacy. You can’t buy straight Ephedrine though have to get it through Bronkaide or Primatne idk if I spelled them right. Each tablet has 12mg of Ephedrine I believe. I took it for my last cut and went from 14-16% BF to 8-9%BF in 6-7weeks with minimal muscle and strength loss. Highly recommend this stuff for intermediate to advanced lifters. Good luck on your cut and I’d say start with a half a tablet first and slowly increase it and obviously take it with caffeine for max results.

Really depends on what you are looking for and your budget. 1) Caffeine Pills - CVS,Walgreens, Amazon. Mad cheap. Basically the main ingredient in any PWO. Unlike coffee doesn’t stain teeth. Cant go wrong with this ever. Bonus: if you are cutting supplement it with Ephedrine to shred the fat off your body. 2) If you want a pump you want products with high dosage of L-citrulline or citrulline-mallate or arginine...in that order (most potent is L-Citrulline). This should be higher up. Barbell Benching isn't the best way to build a chest due to the limited ROM although it does have it's place to a bigger chest mainly because you can lift much much heavier compared to DB. I suggest doing numerous sets with lower weight and I personally use bands so that I can work through the complete range of motion. You should be able to feel your chest burning up and then proceed with heavier weight.

A little advice that helped (read about habits and how we make 90% of our decisions sub-consciously). It's hard to replace bad habits with good habits because your mind is used to a routine and the pleasure you get after you complete it. Therefore it's not just replace bad habits with good habits you have to trick your brain into thinking it feels good to do the good habit. Even a simple change is gonna impact your lifestyle hard. Replace bad habits with good habits. Rewire your brain. So yeah do what you are proposing but I suggest making it longer than just a week. Make it a month. It's easy to relapse.

Not a red flag at all. How would you feel if your gf claims to be really good friends with her ex and goes to see here frequently and won't stop seeing him? Any emotionally stable/logical girl who respects herself would ask the same. You shouldn't have told her about your ex and you being really cool friends with her and seeing her. Yeah you wanted everything above the table but honesty is not the best policy.

Ignoring societal success which means 9-5 with 2 cars, a house you are still paying off, kids and a wife in order to be financially successful and bask in your individuality you'd have to be at the top of your niche to the point where you are among the best in your skillset where you choose when and how long to work for. Unfortunately you have to be financially independent before you attempt to satisfy your hunger for extreme thrills. I hate to say it but all three majors you listed aren't valua…

I'm going to be extreme here, but I've even thought of dropping out and heading across the world to completely transform myself and create a wildly independent, successful image. It sounds crazy, but that's who I am. I am extreme. I'm willing to take those kinds of risks. Yeah you do sound extreme. You just want to head "across the world" and do something extreme. Do you know what exactly or you just gonna get on a plane to Europe, explore places and experience the world like those music videos?…

Honestly I think it bothers you more because it is just plain disrespectful not because you care about the girl. This is a sticky situation as college just started and he is gonna be your roommate for a while. If you have your own room it shouldn't much of a problem but if it were me I'd just be ignore or laugh at what they are doing. As long as you are getting action but if you are trying to do work or doing something and they are annoying depending on if you are bigger than him I'd get physica…

I don't follow any program specifically because most focus on linear periodization and I focus on concurrent periodisation so I'm doing a combination of hypertrophy, strength, and explosiveness. I probably started with the classic bro split, push/pull, GVT beginner/advanced among bunch of other things but I found concurrent periodization to be the most effective for me.

Exactly if you are focusing on aesthetics it just doesn't mean a 6-pack but being both built and lean. I'm not gonna lie I used to do the classic bulk and cut in college (didn't go full retard though ahahah) but it was just too much work cutting down for spring break. Now I just cut a month or so before my vacation and I'm good to go. Yeah I put up respectable numbers on the big three nothing crazy but just don't go out of my way to deadlift/squat 3-4 plates. Anytime. Good luck with your bicep

You have been used to feeling insecure for the majority of your life so that's what your brain feels the most comfortable so you aren't gonna wake up in a year feeling confident but you can "re-train" you brain to be more comfortable. More comfortable = confidence. It's going to take more than a post to address this but the best way to "re-train" your brain is to break old bad habits and replace them with new ones. I'd highly suggest reading the book "The Power of Habit" it explains how 90% of w…

Whatever you value the most to be honest. Girls prefer aesthetics over how much you can dead lift, squat or curl. I know plenty of people who can lift more than me but look much much smaller than me or look like a bear. They only care about the amount of weight they lift and while they are certainly stronger you wouldn't be able to tell if they are fat or even worked out. Personally I prioritize aesthetics and functionality. I don't do the bulk for half the year and cut for the other half. I alw…

Let her know she ain’t getting anything for free even this d**k until she brings something to the table. She is expecting a beta as do all women until she realizes that you aren’t and it’s your responsibility to show her who you are. I’d rather a girl who will throw tests at guy, thinks she is entitled and doesn’t drop her pants easy. Everyone here loves to say “next her” at the slightest inconvenience. Edit: she might or might not mean free food. She could mean she wants to go out, get some dri…

We have artists/DJ's come perform at the clubs so usually if we are going to a club it's because to enjoy the music.

How big is your university? If it's mid-large then I wouldn't worry about "shitting where you eat" even if it's on the smaller end I would say that it's your best bet. Everyone is on the same wavelength. Wouldn't recommend gym but you already know that. Your next best bet would be social clubs. Did you ever play sports or were you good at any particular sport? Join a intramural co-ed volleyball, kickball or basketball doesn't have to be through college (no one takes this seriously and they all g…

It might seem like you are missing out but it’s just an illusion with everyone screaming and posting on snap/IG but regardless if you want to experience it then go for it. I recommend to try to have fun without drinking. Everyone holds a drink in their hand but instead of pay 15$ for a Vodka RedBull and being hungover, ask for water and just hold that. In regards to going out with company. You are very rarely going to be making friends or new people at the clubs because people don’t come there t…

If you are going to club know that it is going to be mostly younger crowd who just turned 21. It's going to be hard to pick up girls unless you are tall and jacked plus very hard to engage in a conversation. It's more fun if you go with people. If you are going to a bar it's easier to talk to people and socialize but it's still better to go with company. Clubs have stricter dress code and bars are more lax but you should always dress nice. Don't wear baggy shirts/pants.

Being an asshole is always too much. Why are you acting like an asshole? Being an asshole screams insecurity. Don't be a dick to people; you can still roast them, make fun of them, or tease them in a way where you are not laughing at them but laughing with them.

You gotta choose how to portray a certain picture depending on your environment. Be cocky, funny, and rude when you are going out, pregaming, talking to random chicks. Don't be cocky or arrogant with your friends; might be funny for a while but trust me it's gonna get boring real quick. When you meet new people, at work, or through friends or professionally try to build rapport through being funny or talk about similar interests. You just gotta be selective about when you are cocky and when to h…

I'd personally choose a male friend over a stranger make sure you are comfortable enough with your friend to demand rent and keep the place clean and do his fair share of work, keep it down when it matters, and respect your privacy. Female's are a liability more than an asset. They can have hot friends they can introduce you to or not but they will constantly try to create problems out of nowhere.
