I would also add joining a dance lesson of some sort, preferably Latin dancing (salsa, bachata). It will help you get intimate with women. Once you get good, you'll be able to start gaming the beginners. If you are white, it just makes picking up the Latin chicks that much easier.

Really? I'm kind of regretting choosing it. I skipped it over when choosing majors because it seemed like a degree with to many negatives. The main reasons are the limiting career options it offers you and the cyclical nature of the job market.

Your goal should not be picking up women, so that rule doesn't apply. You will mess your reputation up if you try to pick up. Instead, focus on actually getting good and then picking up women at the event will be easier. It's a long term investment however it's fun in the process.

Start dancing. I recently started dancing at my uni and it's great, they offer bachata and salsa. I have found that going to this events helps you in learning to handle women and the competition is low.
