I never said that they do or don't have an effect, Im simply stating the fact that there is no evidence they are directly linked to what's actually handed out sentence wise. My sources are just what I've seen in, in my own views from cases on news or social media, that's why I said in general and didn't claim it's an exact statistic.

Guidelines are not representative of what sentences are actually handed down, I'm generalising of the data that I've seen, and it's not assumptions it literally tells you in the article that it involved two men. So again saying she should get what they would have got based on details of the rape, (we can only assume they weren't of severe violence since there would be obvious marks on her and they would have been remanded) so given that the average sentence from what I've seen for these types of…

That's just ridiculous, on average a rape conviction (no extreme violence) in UK will land you 2-4 years, so that would be 4-8 years considering she's done this to two men, so 5 years is sufficient

Left is just as bad, mainstream left still promote nonsense like systemic sexism, racism and homophobia. Centrism is the best way, it's not biased towards any end and picks best of both worlds, if you disagree that's your opinion

Yep, and what's funny they both accuse each other of the same crap

Exactly , conservitards are equally as toxic. But your comment about drug addicts is ignorant, substance use disorders are legitimate mental illnesses

Fair enough I'll say my peace Become a centrist, it's the logical way, picking sides always clouds judgment.

Yeah anecdotal experiences don't represent statistical reality Bill of rights is a piece of paper it means nothing. No you're actually not full and again you can't even rebutt what I said, with the fact that you wouldn't be saying that if it was you living in third or developing world LMAO I like how you're trying to act as though because you don't try to censor people that doesn't make you toxic, I was literally having a discussion and part of your reply has been Trump dumb dumb, and I'm not re…

Dude why you acting like it's only leftist that censor, I've literally seen countless conservitards say leftist shows or people should be cancelled for criticising the above things I mentioned Who cares if it's on the bill of rights, literally no other country has it, and the fact there's a direct link between legal/illegal guns in circulation and levels of gun crime proves why it should be repealed US has highest levels of gun related offences and mass shootings also has highest levels of legal…

Dude all you have to do is criticize trump, gun rights, immigration etc. and you'll see how toxic rightys can be, conservitards are just as bad as libtards

Anti abortionists should be banned, unlike the toxic feminazi woke agenda this issue is a legitimate women's rights issue

Wow really? Listen I'm all against the mad feminazis that plague the west but these women face genuine systemic sexism, show a little respect

Thank you, if you were raped by a women as a child it's not even seen as rape no matter how sick the shit she did to you, because she was hot you must have liked it, honestly infuriates me

I've been raped and slashed as a child, I would rather be again than be publicly thought off as a rapist, especially in today's society also people with trauma have plenty of ways to get out it's called therapy. Being thought off as a rapist, bars you from so many jobs, cuts you off from friends and family and generally needs you relocating your entire life I know what I'd prefer if I had no choice and had to pick

Women are just as evil as men when it comes to such things, I know first hand

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
