I am so so sorry for what you experienced! Covid isn't the only pandemic going on right now.. porn is one too! I just hate how it is destroying so much and most of the world does not care. I read the book "the porn myth" by Matt Fradd and it is amazing. I sat down and read it in one go in about 4 hours. It has so many studies and facts in it. And horrifying testimonials of sex workers and what they had to endure. Anyone who is still defending porn after reading this book admits that they don't have a sour or a spark of human decency and empathy. I gave this book to my ex to read and he never even bothered to read a single page.. (Y'all noticed the word ex in there 😉)

For me it means both. The physical touch you described is the most important one. But since I also have a very high libido, sex is also very important to me. However, I totally agree that men usually only mean the sexual aspect of this love language. Bumble in my country does not offer this feature because knowing about love languages is not a thing here, unfortunately.
