Instead, whoever paid for the apartment or house is the legal owner and gets to keep it in its entirety. Too many women were profiting from divorce. Both genders are capable of this. 3	Unemployment rates for men and women during Jan 2000 - May 2010 Usually recession causes the loss of construction jobs, which is dominated by males. Another reason is there's more women who give up looking for jobs and stay at home than men. (unemployment doesn't count people who gave up looking for jobs).
