Edit: Let me qualify that with the disorders need to have negatively impacted their life in some way for a specific amount of time. Not necessarily having some fantasies to a degree are considered a disorder.
Technically - they are listed as disorders in the DSM that is used in psychiatry/psychology. They are called paraphilic disorders and include such things as sadism, voyeurism, etc.
