I know exactly how you feel. I've preferred my own company and just being alone doing what I want lately. Meditation has been helping me lately. I'm still pretty new to it but I've noticed an overall improvement Nothing special, just going on Spotify or YouTube and finding a guided meditation that appeals to me Less stressed, less angry, less anxiety all with just 10-20 minutes a day. I hope to increase that too

I had a similar thought about this. Like if she wants an open marriage fine. If he's cool with it whatever, but given who he is he can likely find other women to see too, but I do wonder if he is. Nice that's better off than I was when I started. It was a struggle and it's about to be again. I'd be willing to chat you through getting started and whatnot. YouTube and bodybuilding.com were my two favorite resources when I was learning about exercise. I recommend starting with activities like hiking and running to get yourself into a routine until you can begin weightlifting and whatnot. When that starts, start with low weight you can easily lift and control to train your body and make sure you're using good form before you take on heavier weights.
