No, I have a clue. I'm ashamed to say I've once shamed a male family member for crying. I was a teen and an idiot and only followed along as other female family members shamed him. I deeply regret it. I'm glad I had the chance after that day, when I was a bit more mature, to be there for him as he was crying and just patted his head and comforted him without telling him not to cry. Feminism, pathricary... So many different constructs hurt both men and women. We should all try to be nicer to each…

I'm saying ever since I made this post that my comment was along the lines of "I'm a little offended by what you said, as a religious person, but your opinion is your opinion". And when I say "along the lines", I mean I'm not sure if the "as a religious person came first, or after " I'm a little offended. Or whether I said I'm " a little offended" or " a little bit offended". If that's vague then I need to relearn English, or maybe just delete any memory of it…

It's something I'm used to and it's a natural thing. But a ban? And with no further explanations? I wasn't expecting anything. Are you expecting anything by debating with me and criticizing me? But if you say something potentially offensive to group, you need to be ready to get people offended. Either don't care fully or don't say offensive stuff. But banning people for getting offended is extreme. I don't know why you're siding with them. Maybe your hatred for religion is overwhelming or you're just bored.

My experience as a Muslim woman who chooses modesty is that feminist will side with women's choice until women's choice becomes modesty, traditional gender roles, and covering your body instead of showing it. Then they have nothing to do with you. At best they'll tell you're a poor victim brainwashed beyond realizing you're one and at worst... Well there's always bigger "worsts" with them.

A woman posted saying modesty is a misogynistic concept and also that religion is historically misogynistic and oppressive of women. I replied that "as a religious person, I'm a little offended by your post but your opinion is your opinion". A moment later I got banned. I know I got banned for this comment cause that's the only thing I commented these days and I didn't make any posts on that sub.

I'm as confused as you are. When I asked them why I got banned they immediately muted me with no further explanations. So I guess they don't like religious people or think anytime a woman expresses her opinion every other woman should go "yas queen" or else she's not a real feminist... I'm a woman and I legit think men can be so cute. Most men aren't so sweet and cute in the way they speak as women, but their actions are louder than words. When a guy does something and does their best for you you know he cares and I find it endearing. Guys are cute in so many ways, and I can't even begin to describe it because each guy has his own quirks and cute sides. Don't let anyone tell you men can't be cute and lovable! P.s. Most of us don't hate you!
