If think you need go back and take a second look at the RP, if you view it as bitterness then you've got it all wrong, I don't know if English is your first language and some of it is getting lost in translation or not. I will say this though (30+) the game never ends, more so later in life when people change and you change mentally and physically, you need to be on top of your game even more so.

No! to put it simply, put the things you read into practice straight away and observe the things it teaches. You can do all the reading in the world but when it comes down to it nothing replaces actually doing it. A lot of people talk a good game.

You need to come to terms with your own sexuality first. What do I mean by that ? I’ve been constantly lifting for 10 years, the reason I tried 5x5 was to cut down time in the gym and improve my squat, I'm always trying to condense my workout (I don't like spending too much time there) just noticed in recent photos that my arms ain't as big, good workout for beginners though

Great, gonna have to try this workout, I’ve been doing the 5x5 (A) squats, bench and row and (B) squats, press and dead 3 days a week but lost a lot of definition in my arms and back but gained strength. Also, those Nordic woman are tall lol, and I’m just under 6ft, frame is everything, well played.

This guy makes an important point when choosing jeans, skinny wouldn’t look right on him so I goes for slim and tapered, before you buy jeans know what your body type is, if you’re short then baggy jeans are a big no. Footwear: you should have a solid white/black pair of sneakers (not dad tennis shoes that Bill Gates wears) they need to be clean and crisp also a pair of tan or brown leather boots (Google David Beckham shoes) you'll get the idea! Having footwear like this will go with everything.

You could do a bit, just say "you enjoyed the other night(wink)" that way she'll think it must have been good even if it wasn't and that you're thinking about her. I've done this in the past when it's not been that memorable. Next time you need to put in a good performance. We all get brewers droop from time to time, especially this time of year. Don't focus on it .

I worked for a guy who could barely read or write, he owned nightclubs and businesses which he sold for literally millions, did I ever think less of him or would dismiss his guidance, not for one second, he was a beast. He paid people like you to do the work for him. If you can't take sombody seriously because their English isn't great then you have a lot to learn. I had no problems whatsoever understanding OP and his advice.

On social media I use Instagram #mensfashion and then choose the style that best suits you/age/income and follow those acounts. Sombody mentioned celebrities, I follow what David Beckham wears as it's kinda my style which is simple everyday stuff. When you're out shopping pay attention to what the mannequins have been dressed like for latest trends. Style is an individual thing at the end of the day.
