I notice these days, it's men who pester women for children. The women want their jobs, to be stable financially and live their lives. The woman gives in, gives up her body and life, then the man doesn't help, blames the woman for the child he wants, says he is trapped, says she is fat and lazy, then he cheats. It's not worth it.

Considering Marie has such a gentle image on TV shows, the idea of her throwing guys into a pit for a cheering mob is very funny to me. Maybe this can be her new TV show: Does your relationship spark joy? If the person does not spark joy, they are thrown out. Honestly seems like it. My friend's husband got so mad at her when she figured out he was cheating. First he shouted at her and denied it a lot, then when she had proof he tried to call her paranoid, then when she filed for divorce, he was all tears and big apology gestures. She still kicked him out.

If a guy is serious about you, about your health, then he shouldn't get annoyed or defensive if you want to see his papers. A caring partner would want to make sure they don't pass anything on. If he is unwilling, then that would be a bit of a red flag.

If he's uncertain, I'd be wary. He seems like he's trying his luck, but also the kind of guy who might be eyeing up the next girl which is why he's not being clear about commitment. If it's for the sake of your V card, think about this. You want it to be with someone you trust, someone you know well and feel like you can share that experience with. No use doing that with a guy is you are not sure about his intentions or his commitment.

Friends who have married men like that regret it. One is divorcing right now after she couldn't put up with his affairs anymore. He spent most of his time flying to other parts of the world for business, so I don't think she'll miss him. If a guy starts mistreating you, walk away.
