1	Next Level Cuckage Because chad is in a horrific situation. A person there has an average daylie water consumption of 7 liters a day (for all their needs). Or maybe because it got one of the highest immigration rates in the world's because in East Africa it's even worse atm with dry periods over nearly the whole year.
