There was a good deal of blood on the cement and as she came up you could see that it was smeared on her face. The cops stood around and conversed about her age, her actions and their reaction rather than immediately call for medical help or even discuss it. I'm thinking this belongs in r/badcopnodonut. I was pretty put off by the amount of blood and regard less of whether she fell forward or her face was smashed into the ground I saw no attempt at anyone taking a look to see if she was OK or trying to assess the extent of her injury.
