| 1 | Love for yourself?Unfortunately I haven't read Eastern philosophy, although I would like to since that stuff seems really interesting. I just have too many friends who refuse to see the awesomeness that they naturally have, and it's really frustrating. People think happiness and confidence is about doing or changing things, and that once certain things are done or changed then they'll be happy. Now, you're not changing their perceptions to change their perceptions, you're changing their perceptions because you're acting the way you want to act and their perception change will be a natural side-effect.
