1	Is 25 too old for a LTR? She wants kids relativly soon and marriage. Scary stuff, im not sure at all, only been seeing her 5 months so no rush.. Guess the wall is starting to close in, her friends are already getting married / kids. Just be honest with your girl that decisions like kids / marriage have to wait, we got growing to do first. 2	New to "lifting", what are the things I must know? Search for starting strenght. Eat your bodyweight in kilograms x2, I weight around 96kg so I eat 200g protein per day. Dont do 12 set bicep curls and 5 set back, focus on the large musclegroups. Make sure you are progressing all the time, either in weight, reps, pace.. whatever. Move forward, 5x5 starting strenght will help you with that Its really basic, there are no secrets. Squats / bench / deadlift / pullups and you are good to go.
