I don't know what people here want. Is it only "fair" if the girl is beaten senseless? There was nothing left to prove here and the people calling on it to end were completely in the right. You see the same thing in man on man fights but nobody goes accusing people of white knighting when they break those up.

No, I'm not. There's a difference between recognizing a bias within one's self and being OK with "hating a specific group of people to some extent." The differences might be a little too subtle for you to understand, apparently, but that doesn't make them any less important.
