I’m a sexist then. Man up. There’s higher expectations for men.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/07/24 07:11 PM

You cannot communicate through a sexual issue in my experience. You can’t make someone like something or someone.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/07/24 04:24 PM

Are men people with free will or are they people easily led around by the dick? My idea of a man is someone who has self control and takes accountability is this not the case? You can choose not to look at porn. You can choose to dump the starfish. Grow up and man up.

They wear casual sex on demand with 18 year old women not a traditional relationship.

She moved to LA after 15 seconds of internet fame 😂😂
/r/PurplePillDebate27/07/24 01:06 AM

I’m really not obligated to have conversations that don’t serve me or make my life better. Sorry. Go bug someone else.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/24 11:19 PM

No, I just don’t wanna continue to talk to you. I don’t see it going in a way that’s gonna make my evening better. I don’t really like your vibes. I was being polite in my response before.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/24 11:00 PM

We don’t have to agree. This isn’t going anywhere. Have a good evening. Enjoy the Olympics.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/24 10:51 PM

You’re not properly living if you’re not fucking something up. I understand the value of stability but there’s something be said for people who take risks and try things.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/24 10:44 PM

Yeah neither of us lived at home. We fucked off at 18.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/24 10:20 PM

I love that for you. I’m happy you figured it out so fast. I don’t regret anything that I did. I don’t know if that’s your aim. I’m happy you got it together so fast. You’re a heck of a lot smarter than me or my spouse. We had to do it the hard way to get it to stick.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/24 10:15 PM

Ok. What exactly was the aim of this conversation?
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/24 10:03 PM

I already did. He also had a rock and rolling 20s filled with missteps and fun. He has a tattoo he regrets and had a few financial challenges that he worked through as well as some regrettable girlfriends.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/24 09:54 PM

Kinksters is the key word. He’s talking about normies.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/24 09:51 PM

The 20s are for dumb decisions. If you never made a single one- congrats you’re perfect and also you missed out. This is THE TIME to do stuff that’s probably not super super good for you and your finances. You have all the time in the world to be responsible later. In addition, there is something character building about digging yourself out of a mess. I learned to budget via several debt failures and now I’ve got that shit on lock. No amount of hypothetical advice and lessons taught me what lif…

Again what’s wrong with 50/50 dates?
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/24 09:37 PM

Are 50/50 dates a problem?
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/24 09:01 PM

No. She’s a whore who slept her way up and also wasn’t good enough to breed with. Sucking some cock doesn’t make her special. Any woman can do that.

Coffee dates have unfortunately gained a reputation as a cheap fuckboy date. Thats why women don’t like them. Guys will often demand sex after a 5 dollar coffee.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/07/24 11:21 PM

Most men get crushed on in middle school lmao. Things aren’t as bleak as you think.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/07/24 07:15 PM

Absolutely! There’s a lot more to life than having sex.

Facts. People who complain about these crazy aches and pains in their 30s are usually fat out of shape people for whom the chickens are coming home to roost.

They’re usually doing it for gross reasons- to fuck or take advantage of her youth. It’s never to improve her life. She’s usually dumped as soon as she hits 25 or something or is anything but “youthful.”

Michael sounds the least neurotic. Also it’s clear he has social skills. Sign me up. Before PPD, I would have said the other two but I have since learned what sniveling pathetic pussies those kinds of men are. So yes Michael, bring it on.

For women: not overspending. I love Olivia Rodrigo but there was no way in hell that I was gonna spend thousands to see her in concert like some other fans (typically women) did. There is no artist worth that amount of money. Look at all the women spending crazy amounts on fucking TSwift. Women are the ones who have the most credit card debt too. So easily influenced (guilty of this so no glass houses anything- I am working on it.) For men: an ability to plan and remember family events. This sho…

/r/PurplePillDebate21/07/24 01:15 AM

Absolutely. This is a general answer- not about anyone. A lot of cheaters do regret it, they just feel like it’s their “karma” to stay and put on a show of happiness. Also it’s really embarrassing to leave for someone and not have it work out so people will hide problems.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/07/24 02:31 PM

It’s true. It’s really funny.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/07/24 01:53 PM

It’s gotta come from inside. I used to feel this pressure too. Then I slowly realized that the only people whose opinions I cared about were my husband and family and they love me. If they’re happy, so am I. Family first. I still have moments of pressure but it’s usually applied by other women and it’s easy to ignore since dumb cunts are easily ignored if you think about who they are. They’re not people to try to mollify.

Let me offer a perspective here that could be interesting. This isn’t factual and there’s no studies involved. It’s dangerous to like men a lot. I’m someone who gives a lot of love if I don’t hold back that energy. You want money? The shirt off my back? You need help? I’m here. I’m ready. This is for everyone. However, and I’ve talked about this before- I had to seriously cut back on this for my sanity and health. People will seriously take advantage of you and treat you as a workhorse and thing…

Men and women are meant to live together and complete each other. I can believe that never married folks are a little worse off than married people.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/24 11:59 AM

No. I’m not doing this. You will always find some hole in it. If you can’t understand women and humans it’s not something I can fix.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/24 11:51 AM

You’re not understanding human concepts. Have you ever interacted with a human?

Women can but they will often shut down their gut feelings to be “nice”, which often results in those toxic exes. Women would be much better served by trusting their gut more.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/24 10:39 AM

Because that’s part of western dating. Sometimes you date an asshole.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/24 10:38 AM

Yes I’m married. It didn’t really change our relationship, we still got on great. There was no great conflict or craziness. We’re 8 years married now. We didn’t need a whole crazy vetting process to know that it was right for us.

I’m in my 30s now. Married, so you understand where I’m coming from. In my early 20s with my H when he was late 20s, low key dates were fine. Now we only go on date nights formally for anniversaries and birthdays so yes, we go all out for those 3 dates. Casual date nights are all the time. We don’t want to do what we do everyday on special occasions. I don’t want a cheap anniversary or birthday meal sorry.

Where is the limit? Trying to please men is a thing that fades away with time and age. Look at how men talk about women past the age of 29, where does that incentivize any women to cater to what men want? It’s a better deal to be yourself in full even if it’s a man repellent because they hate you once you turn 30 anyway. Please explain why women should cater to men.

/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/24 01:17 AM

Self improvement should not be about getting women or not getting women. It should be because you want to be a better version of yourself. There’s a lot more to life than dating and sex believe it or not.

I used to have a really bad savior thing. It came from a bad childhood. It was so well meaning. I didn’t want anyone to feel like I had, I just wanted everyone to be happy and to see the best in people. This unfortunately led to me being targeted by a lot of disordered individuals. My husband thankfully is great- I am such a lucky girl. But making friends have been rough AF. I tend to attract broken birds…who I then enable and become a therapist friend for. It’s usually pretty obvious

What female personality detector? You don’t need special skills to see when someone is annoying.

Right. Negativity is a vibe killer and these incels don’t realize it.

This is why people usually start to date in middle school. It’s never serious but it’s age appropriate practice. Immigrant parents hamper their kids when they don’t allow this sort of normal development with their western kids.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/07/24 02:16 PM

Right. Pandering to male sexuality by not wearing things is a slippery slope IMO. It completely leaves out the part where men control their minds.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/24 06:29 PM

It’s rough. I’ll give you that. But you must keep trying if you want to get married.

That does happen but not in every relationship. Touch grass.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/24 04:51 AM

Who will RP men fuck if there are no women with daddy issues?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/07/24 09:41 PM

It hurt more than from a man tbh. Cause she billed herself as this caring person who was everyone’s friend. The shame about falling for it was worse than the actual information getting out.

Ignoring my intuition has led me to some pretty unpleasant situations. Personal example- I met this woman everyone loved and thought was so smart. I immediately got bad person vibes from her but pushed it down because I didn’t know her in full yet. Fast forward to years later, I’ve somewhat connected to and confided in her. We get in a fight and she tells everyone about my private business. I should have gone with my gut that this woman was a snake but now because I didn’t- I have my private inf…

/r/PurplePillDebate01/07/24 02:42 AM

I don’t have anything to add here that others haven’t said other than- men don’t age well either. Women just don’t point out the receding hairline, or doughy belly or wrinkles to be kind. I’m thinking that may need to come to an end. Y’all need a reality check. Everyone ages and looks “worse” with age. It’s a privilege to live long enough to do that. Many people die young and never get hit that stage of life.

What I understand to be the male POV: She has definitely gone home on the first date before why am I not good enough? Am I her patsy or something? Female POV: he’s really nice but I’m trying to take it slow after (whatever.) Date was so fun but no sex yet. Men rightfully get annoyed at what they perceive to be “unequal” treatment without thinking of or taking into account what led to the so called unequal treatment. Sure. But maybe it’s good to leave some mystery before marriage. So there is something to look forward to.

On a side note, I wish people would scale back on “showing the realities” of childbirth. Yes it’s important to be fully aware but the level of detail going on now is killing birth rates.

/r/PurplePillDebate20/06/24 12:15 PM

For a long time, the running “joke” has been that children suck and ruin your life. Think of all the humor that relates to how annoying kids are and how much mama wants to have her wine. Who the fuck wants to have kids when this is how they are portrayed?

/r/PurplePillDebate18/06/24 03:57 PM

Haha I did this. After I turned 30, I cut my hair off into that cute style I wanted for years but was too afraid to get. I fucking love my hair now. I look so much better even if men no longer like my hair. I learned to knit and got serious about my running training. It was almost freeing to be “ugly and over the hill.” I wish I had leaned into not caring a lot sooner.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/06/24 02:50 PM

It’s a small subset who compete with 20 something’s. Usually women who never got their shit together. This is why women should never use men as a plan. Their attention is fickle AF.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/06/24 02:25 PM

Stop taking the internet as gospel
/r/PurplePillDebate18/06/24 02:23 PM

My husband went to a strip club for his bachelor party and ended up talking to the stripper the whole time about how much he liked me and was excited to marry me lol. He was super drunk and I found out from one of his friends that this is what he did. It was so cute and sweet.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/06/24 01:20 PM

Yeah idk if it’s my area or not but hubby and I went as a gag thing (the wings actually are good) and it was Mid Central lmao.

/r/PurplePillDebate18/06/24 01:15 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate15/06/24 02:29 PM

Correct. It’s serving the male imperative to the detriment of the woman involved. As much as men like to pretend they’re all valiant knights who would NEVER- let’s be real for a minute. They’d absolutely use and abuse a woman who never laid down a single boundary. Then make fun of her later for being single after he dragged his feet for 8 years and she’s unmarried and childless at 30 after being his perfect uncommitted sex kitten.

No. I didn’t. That’s psycho.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/06/24 11:07 PM

No. I’m married. I got married a while ago. I didn’t compete for this man. We just had a normal relationship and have normal power dynamics. This is psycho cluster B shit you’re talking about.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/06/24 11:04 PM

I don’t compete. I haven’t competed since before I got self esteem. Sorry, that’s fucking beneath me.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/06/24 11:02 PM

I don’t compete for men. So whatever he sees in me. It’s not a healthy behavior to see this sort of question as a normal part of dating
/r/PurplePillDebate06/06/24 10:56 PM

Why do you keep asking this? Healthy people don’t compete like this for partners….

/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/24 11:14 PM

It absolutely does! I find men are trash rhetoric pretty gross too.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/24 06:06 PM
11

It’s not pleasant. I’ve got some rather unsavory opinions of men sometimes too but try not to take it out on them. They’re only people. Perhaps this sounds arrogant or delusional, but I don’t believe I have obligation to be nice or tolerant of people who dislike me and are rude and nasty to me. This is why I do not take anything red pill related to be serious. I understand it’s for men. I understand it’s not gonna be soft, but damn man it hurts.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/24 05:34 PM
30

It’s the red pill rhetoric. It treats women as dumb, incapable sluts who can’t even breathe correctly. I actually agree with a lot of RP stuff but can’t in good faith support nasty misogynists. I don’t support people who don’t treat me like a human being.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/24 04:52 PM
7

No, because I don’t wanna deal with some guy hitting on me when I’m married. I tend to look very unapproachable in public. The ring is another “fuck off” symbol. It’s not even worth flirting because I want an intact marriage and flirting gets you in trouble. I don’t believe in my own self control that much- just being honest. I’d rather not even set up the opportunity or situation for any garbage behavior to occur.

/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/24 03:04 AM

Because when I was trying to be a chill girl with no hoops, it didn’t go well. Setting up some rules and boundaries got me what I wanted. Men see no hoops as license to use and abuse.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/05/24 12:57 PM

You probably shouldn’t date her. She might be cool but she isn’t for you.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/05/24 12:39 AM

/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/24 11:22 PM

We were not told. We experienced it…you might value these things. Many guys don’t or even make fun of women like this.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/24 11:21 PM

Yes. They have demonized femininity and agreeableness so much as stupid, weak and dumb, that there is no incentive to be those things. This is consequences of being nasty and misogynistic.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/24 11:19 PM

I fear not many do this
/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/24 06:28 PM

I admire your hypothetical standards
/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/24 05:56 PM

Men don’t do this for women.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/24 05:44 PM

I obviously don’t operate that way. I am close with my family and care what they think. It was a big factor in me choosing my husband.

Cool. So you’re not close with your family. It isn’t dictating. It’s valuing their approval.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/24 01:43 AM

This isn’t really true. You cannot in fact just date whoever you want. What your family thinks matters.

26-27- by that point her brain is as developed as it is gonna be and she should rock on with her bad self and do what she wants. No longer a “young woman” really- just a woman.

Ill advised too. Men will take “free” sex all day long and never commit.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/24 04:06 PM

Yeah, basically had this same realization some time ago. Very freeing.

If it’s not fun to date them, it’s certainly not gonna be fun to marry them. Dating is the easy part.

Sure. We’ve all made poor choices. I’d be glad he cut them off

Most people want to do all those “unpleasant” things you don’t like about relationships.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/04/24 11:52 AM

This is a lot of work. Relationships should not be that much work. You really wanna be the relationship police?

I tried to do this with my husband. He didn’t listen and would blow it off. I no longer try to help. If he wants a trashy car, he can have it.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/04/24 04:01 PM

Yes. I take excellent care of my own car.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/04/24 03:34 PM

Men who don’t take care of their cars and don’t get them serviced when needed.

It’s just what I like idk, sorry, I don’t have a better answer. I don’t know if I can change at this point. I’m married anyway, it doesn’t matter. I found my second half ages ago.

I’m glad it filters. It keeps out people who aren’t right for me. Unfortunately I’m not the kind of lady who is for even remotely shy men.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/04/24 11:12 PM

Yes. I don’t have spontaneous desire/feelings and need that kick start: I’m probably not the right girl for shy guys.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/04/24 11:05 PM

Agreed. It must be mutual. Reciprocity matters.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/24 12:23 PM

It would. I think women get tired of being the only ones who ever think of what someone might need in the future or family plans.

No girl wants to be some guy’s sex toy.

I agree it’s a hard job. I still would not wanna date a garbage man. My parents would never approve and I care about their opinion.

You know therapists who are paid to help you exist. You should make use of them.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/04/24 02:57 AM

I probably didn’t. It’s whatever at this point. I’m not gonna lie and say that it hasn’t motivated me to be a really good wife.. cause that shit sucks.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/04/24 12:55 PM

Don’t fuck with me. You know that’s not realistic. I never bought into the whole I’m equal to a man thing anyway. So don’t put that on me. Whatever, nice chat as long as it lasted.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/04/24 12:19 AM

I don’t blame them at all for white lying. Have you seen a man take a rejection like that well? We don’t wanna get our asses beat.

You’re right I don’t. I’m married and I have been for 8 years. I used to have a lot more empathy for people who whined about dating. But it just never stops. Dating sucks full stop. I’m happy to be with my husband. But I never whinged this much when I was dating.

By having the best relationship you can despite that. This is a lifelong relationship, some blinders must be put on sometimes.
