The reality is simply that women hold all the power in dating, probably even in all of social media (talking about the dating scene only) so they can choose to be with whoever they want or be alone. That's just how it is now. Talking about OLD, they can get away with car/mirror selfies, having only 1 picture, having 1-word bios, their hobbies are being on tiktok and instagram, make up, "big foodie and travel!" and they'll still have 100s of messages. Average men can't afford to have any of the a…

Did this "experiment" too but in a Muslim dating app. Muslim girls tend to be a lot more conservative, but when I used a model picture, all that conservatism went out the window. 120 matches in one night. About 40 first messages. And most of those were begging for a reply back and it only took a coupla texts to get them to wanna make out. Again this was in a muslim app where this shit is against the app rules. Any average guy would get insta reported and banned over this.

Bullshit. I'm a very average brown guy and still get 4-5 dates a month. All brown women though and from my culture. You're probably white and brown guys aren't your type.

I was talking about the non-celebrity average men in my post. But I'm pretty sure if Johnny dep wanted and/or tried, he would have zero issues pulling women 10s of women to bed every week. You may view him as a beta but he's already got high status.

Doesn't matter whether you're a douchebag or a nice guy. If you have the looks, women will chase you. If you don't, you don't exist to them or you will have to put 10x the amount of effort to maybe get some attention. However, the term "nice guys" is often associated with guys who are desperate and clingy. Those are the ones that women despise. If you're good looking and already chased by women, you can be nice but you won't be desperate because you already got enough attention.

I am afraid it's only going to get worse from here my friend. I blame social media like Instagram and all the dating apps. As a man I got pretty happy when I got 10 or 20 likes on a pic or a post I posted or got 2 or 3 matches on Tinder or any dating app before I quit those, because I felt I got some attention. Now imagine getting hundreds if not thousands of likes, followers, and comments after every post. And we're talking average women here. And the pic/post doesn't even have to be good. Two …

I have a female friend who's a very good conversationalist. Our conversations could go for hours and hours. Problem is she never initiates the conversation. I have to put in the effort. I have to remember her bday. I have to check up on her. And we could go months without talking unless I send the first text. So I've been rethinking this whole friendship thing

This. And let me add that some filters and make up can make an average woman appear as if she's a model on Instagram. This social media fuckery is so deceiving it's insane. But this is the reality now and most men are struggling to keep up.

I live in the U.S and from my experience girls from the UK are SO MUCH FUCKIN EASIER to talk to on Instagram than U.S girls. Heck they even message first

It's also becoming very normal for posts that shit on men to get so much attention. Twitter is a good example.

Assuming she has some kind of social media in this modern age, if she's just average looking, she'll get 100s if not 1000s of likes ( or matches, whatever the attention currency is on the platform ) on anything she posts, either from girls or guys. Couple that with real-life amazing support from her friends, family, and close circle. Girls who think they're too good to be on social media? Even worse. Good luck with that. The other day I took a girl out for dinner. The salad she ordered got del…

From what I've seen, as long as the new pic gets likes, people wouldn't really give a shit if their older picture got less likes. Getting likes is all they care about.

Back when I was 17 I literally used to think I wouldn't be able to live if my crush married someone else, lol Years later I just don't give a crap anymore. The older you get you more occupied with life you get. We're still friends and text from time to time, but I've been through many relationships since then and my mentality is way different than when I was a dumb teenager in high school.
