Only real dude in this pity party and he's being downvoted. @op: He's right you know, it's just that people don't like hard answers and think that's mean. But it's really simple: your problem is being called fat because you're fat. You have 3 options, okay maybe 5, but ending it or ignoring it aren't solutions, so let's go with 3: Find another job. No guarantee anything will change, you'll still be working with other people. Make them stop. Good luck with that, I don't see it happening. Even if …

reserving them the right when and who they want to have a child with? We already have that right, it just takes the willpower not to fuck everything on two legs left and right. Again, why jump through all those hoops when the solution is really simple, doesn't cost anything and involves no surgery?

Oh absolutely, but I refuse to live in fear. If something happens I'll fight. That being said, I live neither in the UK nor the US, so I think that probably lessens the chances of something happening, for now?

Why is that interesting? It's an LLM. It's in the training data. It does not think. It does not reason. It weighs what word should follow another, based on training data input.

I've changed my life and now somehow I'm the bad guy. People really hate being told that putting in the work leads to results. They'll piss and shout "but it's haaaaaaard" and will do anything to avoid taking accountability for their own betterment. Sucks for them, all you can do is hope someday they'll wake up and realise it. Fat chance with most people nowadays though..

I feel for the idiots in our future who think this is what music was always supposed to be like, or how it should be made. Fuck this timeline, seriously. Go pander your slop somewhere else.
/r/MensRights15/07/25 05:04 PM
7

Yes, it's extremely easy to break down what makes pop music "pop" and have it recreated with an algorithm. This is really not the flex you think it is. Putting a prompt and snippets of lyrics into a website and out comes the music is what makes it slop.

That way women would be more cautious in their approach to the whole idea. Pffffft. Dude. As if. As long as the state pays they'll continue getting knocked up for the bucks. Doesn't matter where the money comes from, it's all about the free ride.

This is actually how you tank a whole business sector. Within a day of such a law you'd see 60% of gyms closing and the rest will consolidate. Meanwhile men don't care. We'll buy 100 - 200 pounds of equipment for whatever space we have at home and realize Holy shit, this is actually cheaper than a gym membership. Also no distractions, good music and accessible anytime.

Eeeeeeeeeeeehhh... don't look behind the curtain. We have the same crusty foundations as everyone else and politics is run by money and money only. Oh and a dash of feminism and false allegations, which is useful if you wanna oust a male candidate in favor of a female one, as recently happened.

Sperm banks use electricity to store Sperm as to make it viable over a long time. No power, bunch of lukewarm unusable goop. If they start immediately (in and of itself.. Let's say barely possible) that'll give them one more generation. So I'd say max of 5 months because the fucking apocalypse going on outside will see pregnant women hunted down by their sisters because of jealousy. Probably.

I just wish we could have ours back. I must have missed the part where I was prevented from doing what I've been doing the past 10 years. It's not even a movement. There are no leaders. There are no rules. There are just people who say "no". Go say no, just try it.

I looked that up when they announced the new legislation a few months back, let me get back to you. /edit: I'm thinking they must have changed it, I can't find it in the new wording of the legislation from October. “Feminism kept drumming into my head that financial independence was the ideal, but in practice it doesn’t happen unless you are managing a hedge fund or are able to write best-selling novels.” How do all the men do it, I wonder. Sitting there in their apartments or houses, having spare income, being financially independent. Are we all hedge fund managers or successful novelist? Must be. Yeah.

Our politicians are really good at doing the wrong thing very quickly though. Jumping the gun is what they do best. If they take and enforce the inevitable male only option I just hope gen z finds their collective balls and says "hell no" as they're taken to jail. I was thinking along those same lines the other day. National pride has been a big no-no, going as far as you're not even supposed to be glad being born and living in Germany, much less actually taking pride in our laws, our social security infrastructure (such as it is), for the nearly 40 years I've been alive. So which is it? I am not supposed to have any pride in this country and you want me to fight for it? I decided not too and I've had to jump through bureaucratic hoops and do the military…

I was thinking possible iron deficiency, that can lead to fatigue and sleepiness. If you had some blood drawn and the standard tests done any doctor should have caught that though. If you haven't had blood drawn yet, might be an idea. You can also just donate blood, they do a blood test if it's your first time.

Exactly. What's the future like? In the short-term, as in your individual lifespan: learn a trade, get enough money to finance yourself and your hobbies, live your life for yourself and don't engage with people that provide a net negative to your life in any way, online and irl. And for the long-term? Who gives a shit, the future is female, says so on the billboards. We're excused from having to fix this shit.

The idea hinges on people figuring out they are saving money per month if they only ever and always buy x amount of coffees per week. Would you trust a significant number of people to "get that"? I recommend this for reheating pasta. I got rid of my microwave ages ago, and now when I reheat pasta dishes I use a little milk and combine the pasta and sauce in a pan. Does wonders for the flavour when you're eating leftovers.

Though there is some merit to using specific types of pasta for specific types of sauce, I opted for fusilli because it's easier to eat when you have an epic beard.

Hackfleisch, ground beef (though I used half and half pork and beef), I think that's all the names for it that I know.

Recipe: In a pot brown the chopped pork belly and minced meat together with the chopped pepper corns, add onions until they are glassy. Add a chopped garlic clove for a bit, then add the peeled tomatoes. Let it all simmer a bit while crushing the tomatoes until it's a sauce. Cut the dried tomatoes and pepperoni into little strips and add them in together with the chopped parsley and basil, still simmering. Shouldn't need much salt if you used cured pork and/or if the dried tomatoes were salted. …

Do it! And if doing things in the kitchen for 3 hours is too boring, that's just the perfect time to listen to all those books you've ever wanted to read. Bonus: a cooked meal at the end. Absolutely worth it.

Buying my own exercise equipment was probably one of the best decisions I ever made. Every item (bike, bench, weights) paid for itself in 3 months of usage, gym fees are insane. Technically their whole business strategy is a pure rip-off.

Well, as always in Germany it was a choice between the plague, cholera, and some dude who wanted to tax bachelors for being bachelors. Also, Germans didn't vote this in, the party did internally. I don't think she'll be sent into the race for chancellor with her views, in the coming years. But I also wouldn't be surprised. /edit: It looks like I'm eating my words. Ah well.

Not even that. My psycho ex from years ago was dirt poor working delivering papers (though having a degree in psychology, said she couldn't stand working in that field) and owned a brand new iPhone on contract paying around 70€ a month which she couldn't afford. Didn't have money for essentials like toilet paper, proper food, doctors appointments (wasn't insured as well). But a ludicrously expensive mobile phone contract? Yep. Can't go without it. Meh, priorities I guess.

Same here, damn thing is on my day off as well and literally sitting in a chair counting dust would be a more productive use of my time than sitting at some Italian restaurant paying way too much for food and drinks listening to people that have nothing interesting to say. And of course there need to be presents exchanged. What is this, grade school? Hell, best Christmas party we've ever had were us guys from tech sitting in the cellar drinking.

This is what's happening in Germany as well, the trades are having trouble right now getting new people because a university level education doesn't cost anything (more or less) which results in everybody getting one. Meanwhile the trades have so much potential work but no people to do it, it creates an imbalance. The funny thing is they don't even pay badly. My personal tip to every young person would be to learn a trade, get set up with actual skills and then if they really want to they can go…

These politicians say a lot during the day, but that policy won't win an election. If I eat my words in a couple of years, okay. I'll deal with that then, I don't necessarily need to live here. But my money (heh..) is on that never happening.

Hah, friend of mine's wife tried to, maybe set me up is too strong a word, rather "sell me on the idea" of one of her friends with the words (paraphrasing) "she deserves a good man for once, she always seems to go for the bad ones". Sounds like a bad decision maker in my opinion and why would I subject myself to that? Not sure why that conversation ever happened, but hey.

My only thought was maybe the females didn't do as much menial labour? The article just states both were doing the same amount of exercise. (Though I didn't read the article quite through to the end) Anyways, a job requiring a man to need roughly 3000 calories a day can't be done on a 2000 calory diet, even if you're a woman. Correct me if I'm wrong.

This. I have no time for sticking to any exclusive philosophy. I do what works for me while observing and understanding all that is going on around me. If there is something I feel would benefit me, I do it. If there is something that interests me, I explore it. If something is thought to be worthwhile but doesn't fall into any category that is of immediate interest to me (or I just think is fucking stupid).. It's being disregarded. And so what?

I was in a LDR once and the constant texting was doing nothing for me except annoy me and distract me. Calling was also out since "she didn't like talking on the phone." /e Err, on topic.. I would go for less texting, more talking. Texting is inherently empty conversation with no value. (to me) could also be that I don't like tipping on the phone.

Why all the hate on video games? Suppose I like to do LPs, because of which I learned to work with video editing software to a point where I could sell my skills on a semi-professional level.
