1	What motivates the worst abuses in the family courts? Much of it, I think, is just laziness or, to put another way, a desire to quickly move through the cases. In order to do that, you have to come up with certain presumptions. These presumptions help them decide cases efficient but they are not just because they are not based on the facts of the case. In addition, I think the judges begin to numb out. One father goes through it once.
