| 3 | Doing cold approach just to get better at approaching was really bad for me mentality and lead to a low abundance mindset when I was approaching. Focusing on my purpose and approaching when I feel like it throughout my daily activities felt more realistic, natural, and lessened any nervousness.So your point/advice here is what exactly, approach far less and do the exact same things as far as self improvement goes?
