I’d argue that you don’t have to be a tough man to be a disciplined soldier. But I don’t think in terms of toughening up guys so we can be used as cannon fodder. I disagree, it’s always been beneficial to alphas and beats alike. Alphas still got the most beautiful girl or the one that brought them the highest social proof, betas got who was left.
