Thats pretty vain tbh. He's a little overweight, but you might have a smaller set of boobs or ass than he honestly prefers, not just what he says . You also won't look attractive your whole life. Noone does. Hes obviously good looking enough for you to be interested. If looks are all thats holding you up then you may end up being single by 40 constantly trying to date 20 year old dudes

Yikes. Made the right call. Thats the reason this guy is almost 40 and hitting on young girls.... he's a douche. Move on

You said he's only sober 3 days a week. Thats really bad. Dude will be dead by 50 at that rate, with a big ass belly. You look like a pretty girl. You don't look like a dude. Maybe he's bad at showing emotion without alcohol which is still bad but maybe that's why. I know smoking weed helps me have a better time, but I don't need it to have a good time. Soumds like he just likes that he can get drunk and have his booty call

You won't get ANY man worth a damn by lying. The fact you feel like you need to lie is a huge red flag on top of the truth.

My girlfriend and I are both introverts. We met on Tinder. Just make it clear you don't want hookups, and either do they. You should have some luck then

Maybe he's just nervous to see you again. He likes you so I don't think it would be bad to instigate the meet up. People like to feel wanted! As far as mentoring it seems convenient if you are into it. Just make sure your learning/teaching styles match up!

You live 15 minutes apart, dated for 9 months, and still haven't met?

Dude is just putting you down with those last couple examples. Sounds like he's putting you down to keep your confidence low for some reason. I don't know him so idk if its because he's insecure and thi ks he will lose you or he just needs to put you down to feel good. Thats kinda bogus

Gotcha, ya that may be all it takes. Even if its just for his days off or something.

I mean if he doesn't mind spending the money, maybe you could just do the chores. I mean it has to be a 50/50 and he feels like he's pulling a 80/20. Being able to rely on someone and being dependant are 2 different things

Seems like you want him to be your dad, and not a BF. Making a life easier is supposed to go both ways. I'm seeing a lot of take and almost no give.

Dude here... be blunt with him. Just present the facts. If he feels he does just as much, which is obviously incorrect, you need to show him he doesn't. That being said it should have never have reached that point where it falls on you to point it out. He's being selfish by disregarding how much work you actually do. I'm kind of concerned you are paying separately for "your half" when its a "us" cost not an individual cost. There is a lot to unpack here tbh hopefully this made some sense lol. Ei…

You are doing more than your fair share and if he is trying to make you feel guilty about money then he shouldn't be establishing a life for you guys outside his own means. He should take you for you regardless of how much you make. You contribute a lot and people pay for maids and here you are doing it for free. That doesn't mean it has no value. I mean his living expenses might have gone up 100-200$ if he's supporting you. I doubt you are costing him thousands by merely existing. I supported b…

Me and my girlfriend split the bills 50/50 but the house is in my name since I had the better credit, and was at my job longer than her so it looked better to the lender. That being said I plan to add her to the deed asap when I eventually propose. She was also a decision maker with which house we picked and we also split chores. She was also the one who mentioned wanting to live in a bigger home. I don't think it makes a difference that its a mortgage, but its pretty bs that he expects you to d…
