Treating me in a subhuman way and trying to remove any sense of agency I have over myself. Insisting that I look more like their fantasy, act more like their fantasy, or feed into their fantasy in a way that I'm uncomfortable with. The biggest indicator is when they want me to change how I dress, and act, or ask me to treat them in a way that conforms to a stereotype. Or try to neg me into changing by trying to make me feel bad for not being leaning into stereotypes. Someone with a preference wo…

Fuck no. Any time I get the impression that someone is solely interested in my race, I'm out. It's dehumanizing as fuck, I have no interest in being someone's fantasy in that way. You can prefer or like certain characteristics like dark skin, deep voice, the hair etc but there's a broad line between admiration and dehumanizion and it's not that hard to stay on the former side of it but people still choose to cross it.

When I say signs, I dont mean passive aggressive codewords. I mean the girlfriend/wife complains about the same thing over and over again, she gets ignored, and then the guy panicks when she has enough and decides to find a better guy that listens I'm going to say this again, it's entirely up to the person in the relationship to tell the partner what's important to them. My ex used to constantly complain to me that I was always showed up to her place without letting her know beforehand. Thing he…

Complained about being lonely while he was away for months on a trip. Girlfriend says "I'm not going to visit you if busy with other stuff". His response? "Fair enough". This sounds like a pretty standard conversation with a minor complaint. This is the context I had. If my partner said this to me once, I wouldn't think twice about it. If she said it to me multiple times, I would wonder if she feels strongly about it and ask her.

I dont know why you guys keep assuming women dont attempt to communicate when we do. All I had was the context you gave me. You shouldn't glean a relationship-ending issue from every single minor complaint that your partner tells you about. Some things truly don't matter that much, it's up to the people in the relationship to be clear about what is important and what isn't. From the context you gave in the post, it didn't sound that important. With your additional context, it does. I don't under…

She has said this before. He promised to do better and didnt. This obviously changes it. If this is the case than she had every right to leave if she felt like her feelings were being ignored. Homeboy probably didn't give a fuck. Not everyone cares and you can't convince someone to care about you. Because its mainly men claiming ‘they didnt see the signs’ and the replies to my OP proves that alot of guys are fine ignoring their relationship problems until there is no relationship. Women aren't g…

I only don't understand why this is gendered. I've met and seen plenty of women who completely ignore their partner's signs that they're in trouble. This is more of an unbalanced relationship issue where one partner gives, the other takes and never looks back. I agree that breakups usually don't just come out of "nowhere" but I don't think this is nearly as gendered of an issue. This is just poor communication skills on the end of the displeased partner or general apathy from the pleased partner…

Tbh all I see are bluepillers grouping anyone claiming to be "baby trapped" as deadbeats, including rape victims. No one said men can't be deadbeats nor does anyone believe every single sob story a deadbeat father's tells. But it doesn't deny the existence of actual victims. I've had a woman attempt to "babytrap" me in the past after coercing me into sex with a threat of blackmail. I only got ahead of her allegation because I had text message and audio recording proof of her threatening me. I ha…

So, you're arguing that RPs and conservatives have a gender bias the same way "blue-haired feminists" do. Yes, different groups of people with shared views and experiences have similar biases. Who is going to disagree? This feels more like a rant.

Women can and always have expressed their desires and men haven’t batted an eye lid. 6 figures, 6 feet, 6 pack etc. have always been women’s mantra. There's an army of content creators, podcasts, and influencers with entire careers built on demonizing women's standards. Women are allowed to express their desires among other women. Men are allowed to express their desires among other men. But crossing those two will inevitably piss someone off. Feeling excluded or judged from people's standards i…

Life is not Skyrim where you can talk to random strange while a bar is improving your skills until you get more hability. It kind of is. It's not linear but that's what practice is. You'll never get better at talking to people until you actually do it. I have never met somebody who was confident despite the fact nobody loved 'em. They are confident BECAUSE people love 'em! Yeah, there's a lot of symmetry in how men/women struggle with their self worth and identity. Thank you for not taking my comment as suggesting that only men struggle in that way. I feel like half of the gendered posts here apply broadly even if it doesn't exist in the exact same way.

I just don't recall any time in my life when I thought about boys or men in such a reductive way. I'm not going to toe for these dudes but a lot of men were socialized this way. I was told constantly growing up that if you aren't tall, rich, and attractive, you don't get girls and you don't deserve love. Men are raised and taught that their value is in what they can offer, not in who they are. It's a big reason that stuff like Redpill and Manosphere stuff work on young and impressionable men. It…

NGL this is a garbage take. Wife-beaters were still slick and manipulative enough at one point to get married. The mask slipped when they started beating their partner. Incels outwardly proclaim their hatred and angst for women. They straight-up blame women for not dating them. A physically abusive man isn't complaining on the internet about women won't choose him, he's getting women instead.

I've received this response more than once. I'm not particularly attractive, I'm average at best. Yeah, I'm charismatic but charisma isn't innate. It took time to grow that charm. But, maybe you guys have a point. This is all words through the internet and we don't know what we look like so maybe dudes here have it much harder than I realize. Some dudes here talk about their 90,000 tinder matches so I didn't think I was punching down with this post sorry if it came off that way.

I guess but why does the rejections matter? You can't be everyone's taste. Even if you are, not everyone is looking for a taste. I get that rejection doesn't feel great but I don't understand being demoralized by it. If I get rejected, that's their loss, not mine.

I'm not a Jehovah's Witness but I used to do door-to-door sales for renewable energy firm in college. A completely shit job with shit hourly pay but one of the greatest lessons I've ever learned is that if you're kind enough, witty enough, and ask enough people, you'd be surprised how many people will say yes. At some point, you start tuning out the rejections because getting that one sale could net you a commission of up to several thousand dollars. If I pay my rent from getting that one yes, t…

I was in college so there was a youth factor at play there but I get what you mean. Idk I think I'm average looking at best but im not posting my face here so we're just going off of written words. I say dozens because I don't do this that often. I'm way more focused on my career and education so I haven't spent nearly as much time dating and mingling as it seems like others do. Maybe i wasn't clear enough. I'm not talking about pick up artistry, the goal here isn't just sex. If it is then, no, you shouldn't be cold approaching anyone. You're probably going to come on too strong and come off as a creep. This has nothing to do with validation, it's just another avenue of meeting people that isn't through a web browser.

Honestly it's just personal experience. It's worked for me. I've seen it work for plenty of men and women in my life. I can't be an objective reality if I did it last week and got a date out of it. Even if it doesn't materialize into something romantic, you still greatly improve your social skills through trial, error, and practice. You might even make a friend, have an enjoyable conversation, or even just a brief flirtatious encounter. Imo, there's only net positives to cold approaching if your…

That's fair my first response was pretty bad. I'm not really defending cold approaching as an effective way to meet people. It's effectiveness is dubious and based entirely on chance and factors well out of your control. It can go poorly every single time you try it even if you're doing everything right. I was wrong to suggest that if its going wrong, you're just doing it wrong. I'm defending it from the growing sentiment that it's that it's completely ineffective or even morally wrong to do. Or…

/r/PurplePillDebate20/03/25 02:27 PM

That's why you don't go straight in asking for a date. You just talk to them and feel it out first. If you're not feeling a vibe or feeling any reciprocal interest, keep it friendly or just disengage. I've only ever came in flirting straight away if they were already giving me very clear signs that they're into me. Otherwise, that kind of shit is creepy.

If you're nervous to chat with women, it might be useful to practice it in platonic ways imo. Like at work or in places like parks, the grocery store, or just walking around town. Try to practice small talk even if it's just a few sentences. That first interaction is the most important part of every interaction. If you want, you can go to places like bars and clubs but don't try to pick up girls. Just use it as an opportunity to meet people. Bring a wingman/woman if you can who can help you ease…

what is a person supposed to say to someone they don;t know Use your environment. Your situation. Make a comment on something they're doing or interacting with. This is a fair criticism ngl. I do belive those who are introverted should practice social skills and talking to women, but would ultimately fare better warm approaching or just straight up meeting someone online. Tbh, I agree. I think some introverted dudes function better using OLD since it gives a solid buffer and doesn't demand you engage fully in a conversation with someone until you're ready to do it. The dude in your first pic isn't even ugly. He just looks like he puts zero effort into his looks. Its attraction, the women will tell you when its the wrong place wrong time but in actuality its usually more so wrong face, then it's a crime. Don't you find this position to be extremely bad faith since you can dismiss any contrary preposition as "it was not done correctly?" I'm speaking broadly. This is what I meant by "good sport." I've made some pretty good friends by cold approaching a woman I was attracted to. Even if it didn't materialize into something romantic, I still made a dope friend or had a very engaging conversation with someone even if I never saw them again.

Attractiveness isn't absolute so I don't understand how this applies. As long as you put a modicum of effort into your looks and hygiene, you're probably attractive to someone. They really mean “Where can I meet women attracted to me??” You'll never know until you try. That's the whole point of a cold approach, you're shooting your shot. Just being attractive, at least as a man, doesn't do much other than get you some glances and the seldom approach from a woman. Otherwise, you're better off tak…

I've had women outright tell me that they wouldn't be with me if I was bisexual and that they would never date a bisexual man. Hell, I've had bisexual women tell me they'll never date bisexual man. I was with you until you started to suggest that bullies and dark triads are the ones getting the sex but nice dudes aren't. You can be a kind and functional person and still have an avoidant attachment style. OLD and casual dating/sex is basically a playground for avoidants. A bunch of options with no need to commit since they can ride the "i don't owe anyone anything" train and weave in and out of relationships at will. There's no choosing one over the other, he needs to work AND find his kid. He's not choosing his job over his kid and it's a bit ridiculous to suggest that. Bro your scenario makes zero sense. If a woman divorces her husband just because he's no longer making money, she was there for the money and it should have been very obvious. A more common and realistic scenario would be that the husband loses his job and spirals into depression, self-destructive behavior, and refuses to get better. I never said that the kissless virgin should just be happy. Ultimately people don't live to work, and the happiness people feel mostly comes from connections, love, and family which is something this lonely genius doesn't have. My point behind that example is that there are other avenues of life where success and self-actualization can be had aside from any romantic or sexual pursuits. Evaluating your self worth based on how many women want to sleep with you is a horrible existence. You can't li…

But that's what a goal is. Your goal is to get promoted. You put in the work for a promotion and you feel entitled to one because of your efforts. You insist to your firm that you deserve a promotion because you put in the work for it. You're right to feel entitled to something you worked hard for. You have no right to feel entitled to someone else's romantic interest.

It can be aspiration, it's just an awful one. You can want to be with a woman, I'm not suggesting that you shouldn't want a relationship. But, feeling entitled to a relationship because you did something with yourself isn't right and will lead you down a path of destruction. There's a stark difference between "I want to be successful so that I can find a decent partner" and "I want to be successful and I also want a partner once I'm comfortable in my life." Two completely different aspirations.

Yeah because they don't want to be shamed for sleeping with someone just because they felt like it. They'll frame their sexuality as transactional because women aren't allowed to just say "I wanted to fuck this dude just because" without getting labeled as easy or fast.

Women CELEBRATE amazing people and the connections they have with them through sex. That's what sex is for women, largely speaking. It's a vehicle of nurturing and celebrating good things. There's a lot to unpack about this part of your rant and honestly how you see women to begin with through this post. The crux of this issue is the objectification of women. Telling any internet stranger to "take accountability" for the actions of other people is a braindead take no matter who's using it or how it's being used. However, sometimes people will come to the internet to defend their own toxicity and refuse to take accountability for the harm their inflicting upon others or refuse to condemn harmful behavior from other people within a group that they belong to. My argumentative stance is that I don't think it's worth arguing about since it can't be done from a place of good faith. If you're arguing that women have it easier than men on this one particular situation, you're completely undermining the broad disadvantages that women face in our society. My question should have been, "can you make this argument in good faith?" I don't think it can be made in good faith. A few people here have already offered me some perspective.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/25 02:31 PM

IMO, women have access to desperate men. Not necessarily easy access sex broadly, but specifically touch-starved men that will do anything for a touch. Maybe "access to sex" was the wrong way of phrasing it since it insinuates that they have access to sex with whom they want to which isn't always true.

This question is impossible to answer because we all interact with the internet differently and are fed different types of content. I get non-stop hateful anti-male content pushed to me daily. But some of women in this thread are already mentioning that they get IG posts with literal rape jokes. I've NEVER received such content but I don't doubt it exists.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/03/25 12:19 AM

This is true. I was definitely one of those avoidant men OLD and fumbled a few really good women doing that so you got me there lol.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/02/25 01:28 AM

I get that but the manosphere is full of chronically online idiots that might mimick the grievances of most men but take a much more extreme approach to those issues. They're hardly representative of the average dude you'd meet.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/02/25 08:02 PM

I only disagree that women are more attractive bit. Women aren't more attractive, men just have far fewer standards for sleeping with someone. It doesn't necessarily make women more attractive as a whole. Aside from that, I'm on your boat.

They do, maybe you shall debate this topic once you know these things Even if someone frames their low libido as "changing their minds" it's rarely ever the case. All of those stories about someone's marriage suddenly going up in flames are rarely ever sudden. There are always signs of someone's waning interest even if the person telling the story didn't notice. It's no one's duty to remain faithful as well then. Bro that's what a commitment is. OLD is a sausage fest. Of course you think it isn't that bad. Lots of very functional men use OLD and women probably have decent choices even among the sea of gooners. Even as a man who hasn't struggled with OLD, or dating in general, the woman you meet online are rarely worth the effort ngl. Odds are that any woman you meet online is outrageously dysfunctional, extremely manipulative, married, or poly. Pick your poison. You're looking at sex as if it's the same as eating or breathing. Sex is important but it's a two-way street, bedrooms never die because someone just changed their mind. There's always some underlying issue that's causing it that needs to be addressed. Couples (should) learn if they're sexually compatible well before marriage. But life happens and people change. It's no one's "duty" to sexually satisfy their partner especially they're going through shit in their lives. If you can't handle lackin…

When I said "you need to practice" I wasn't being paternalistic. You don't have to be friends with anyone. My argument was more focused on people who struggle to get along with certain groups of people that they want to be surrounded by. For example, men who want the company of women. If you can't muster being friends with a woman, you're odds of dating are reduced by the amount of women you can hardly hold a conversation with. IMO, it's strange to want to date a certain group of people that you…

I'm glad that you find it easy but lots of people struggle with this. Regardless none of this will help you in romantically attracting a woman, unless you're in high school or early in college. It would help someone who couldn't even be friends with someone they're attracted to if they tried. If you can treat someone you're attracted to like a human being, it greatly increases the odds of you being able to get along with them on a basic level. Yeah, I've seen this firsthand. I think ND people who were sectioned off away from larger groups while growing up got used to functioning around other ND people. There's not. You've never given a friend a personable handmade gift? Never spent long hours on the phone or in person talking about all manner of things? Never took a friend on night out, dinner, movie, etc? Lots of romantic interactions are based on normal friendly interactions with another step of complexity added to them. That overlap is friendship, it's hard to date someone if you can hardly be friends with them. The line is to be draw before the first step, there's no interpretation to do. …

Women use their male friends as boyfriend light so the only thing you end up learning is how to be a simp. This is what I'm getting at. There's some overlap between how women treat each other and how men treat a woman they have feelings for. I mean, I guess yeah. But, I don't see what the issue is. Not that many women put themselves out there in that way and they get rejected a ton of times by those hot dudes. I've known those hot dudes and they'll talk down about average-looking women all the time. I've had super average women try to become friends with me to get closer to some of 9/10 my friends and they'll kill any ego they had left. Tbh, I didn't know a single girl in their 20s who was willing to date that much older than them. Most of the women I knew just dated dudes a few years older than them, that was it. Any woman who was openly dating someone 30+ was also pretty open about digging for gold. Maybe these dudes in this thread think that they're the exception.

Don't be obtuse, I'm speaking generally. 18-22 year olds are normally around the same point in their lives, at college or out of high school trying to get their lives together as young adults, starting their careers and figuring themselves out. Someone who's 23+ would likely already be done with their undergrad or have been working or building their career for at least 4-5 years if they went straight into the workforce. You can be a CPA by 23.

Mate, I told you about my experience dating someone much younger than me. It felt like I was dating a teenager. I wasn't ok with that and a lot of men my age, in my social groups, wouldn't be ok dating someone that young either. It's not about effort or disagreements, there's an inherent impassible issue dating someone that young. If you can't understand how uncomfortable it would feel to date someone who feels like they're too young for you, I can't explain it to you. It has nothing to do with …

I'm well aware of this. But it's easy to detect these kinds of failure-to-launch women as adults. There are plenty of single functional adult women to date.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/01/25 06:44 PM

My peers wouldn't give anyone younger than 24-25 the time of day but I guess it's different for different social groups. Age gaps with people that young is taboo from where I'm from, I guess. The 35-year-old woman I mentioned in my post got side-eyed by everyone she knew and his family called her out for grooming him. She lost a lot of friends over that and faced some pretty steep social ramifications for it. Yeah, everyone's an adult but it's not always that simple.

I feel you dodged my question. Also, I'm Black too and yeah a lot of inner-city women already have kids by 25. I kinda just accepted that as part of my reality. I don't mind dating single moms though.

I amended my post. 18-22 is what I'm referring to by college age. I'm surprised that a 40-year-old is ok with it someone that much younger than them but 24 isn't exactly super young either. So, idk. That one is up to you.

I don't think we should be fucking everyone we're attracted to. That's a wild assertion tbh. You can get along with someone and not want to fuck them, right? Right? I'm saying that it realistically wouldn't be worth most functional adults time to deal with the added tension of dating someone that young. Yes, tension and disagreements exist in all relationships but the age gap is an impassible barrier that will always exist. My argument is that most normal dudes wouldn't see the age gap as someth…

So what if the guy is stunted? Good for him that he knows that he can only do casual. Good for him that he knows that in terms of life stages hima nd the college girl match. You're proving my point here. I never said that it was amoral. I just said that they're more likely to do it because there isn't much of a power imbalance. I would argue that someone being opportunistic is amoral, not the stunted person.

Feminists fight against joint custody laws; Again. 91% of custody disputes never even go to court. What would joint custody laws even change when the vast majority of custody disputes are already settled by the couples on their own? feminists fight against addressing the life expectancy gender gap. Can you cite a source for this? Also, what do women have anything to do with how soon men die?

Your blaming mothers living in poverty without being properly supported by the father of their children on the women themselves. The vast majority of custody cases never even go to court. Over 90% of custody cases never even go to court. Your "default joint custody" wouldn't work because couples overwhelmingly decide for themselves or can't afford a lengthy custody battle. I don't see how feminism affects this at all. Let's not forget that women in the US have the option to abort unwanted pregna…

After some hesitation, they reveal that it's the fact that she's confident and smart, which makes her intimidating to males. That's the friendly way of saying "you're coming on too strong and it puts people off." Maybe it's a difference I understand the usage of the word "friendzone" IRL vs on this sub, I guess. From my experience, people only say that they're "friendzoned" or "have someone in the friendzone" as a deliberate act. Like, I've known women and men who have admitted to me that they like someone enough to let them fawn over them, but not enough to date them. So, they keep them at arm's length and reject their advances but don't outright cut them off. Post pictures about things that they're doi…

You realize this makes no sense, right? If anything, it would be the other way around. Plenty of women (and men) play around with people that have no intention of dating or settling down with. Usually because they aren't attractive enough or don't meet certain standards that they have. Getting a GF is the harder option, not the easier one.

It's not that hard to look well-kept. Any average-looking dude can get a haircut, shower frequently, find a style that fits them, and immediately turn a few more heads. The bar for handsomeness is not that high for women, I promise you.

I respect your experience and I've been through it myself. I've had to deal with women who couldn't take no for an answer. It's hard and I would agree that women have it worse dealing with men since they need to worry about their safety as well. I'm not talking about a pursuer who can't take no for an answer. It is. But, like I've mentioned in other comments, the context changes once feelings are involved. I've seen this same response dozens of times. The context changes after someone admits that they have feelings for you. It's no longer the same, you need boundaries and time before you can resume that kind of friendship again. There's overlap between what friends and romantic partners do with each other. If someone is interested in you, you can't be certain that they're seeing those actions the same way. You might be leading them on.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/25 01:27 AM

You're reading too deeply into it. I'm not saying that being friendly with someone that has feelings for you is manipulation. I'm saying that knowingly using their feelings for you for your own personal gain is manipulation. You're leading them on and potentially extracting gifts and favors out of the…

Like I said, At the end of the day, if you truly have no interest in being with someone, the healthy way is to draw a very strict boundary and enforce it. And, if needed, avoid that person entirely if they refuse to respect that boundary. That's why I said MOST. I know what it's like to be friends with someone I'm interested in. But, once feelings are involved, it changes shit. That stuff needs to be squashed before any semblance of a normal friendship can resume. Otherwise, it gets tricky and people can and likely will take advantage of your feelings for them and egg you on to do performative shit for them.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/25 04:14 PM
2

That's why I mentioned more performative actions like paying for things because not everyone buys their friends dinner, gifts, movies, etc. Those behaviors are more closely associated with courting someone. It's toxic to allow someone to buy you stuff when you suspect that they're doing it with the intention of winning you over. Rejecting gifts or paid dinners is one great way to draw that boundary. Actions speak louder than words. You SAY you're friends with me, but you're also buying me stuff, taking me on dinners, and trying to treat me like a partner. If someone is doing that with you and you KNOW that they have feelings for you, you're enabling that behavior. Why allow them to express their feelings for you if you have none in return?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/25 03:57 PM
4

I'm talking solely about a hypothetical situation where the crush is open about their interest. If someone admitted to you that they had feelings for you, you reject them, and they continue to buy you things, hang out with you one-on-one, and complement you, they're likely doing those things because they still have interest in you. Allowing them to treat you that was is a form of manipulation. You need to draw that boundary because you're enabling their attempt to manipulate you.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/25 03:54 PM
1

There is no ulterior motive and they aren't trying to use or manipulate you. Then why keep someone around knowing that they're buying them gifts and performing favors for them because they're interested in them? If you know someone is into you and treating you nicely because they're into you, that's not a friend. That's an orbiter; a simp.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/25 03:51 PM

Bruh, the friend zone is a self imposed sentence dudes do to themselves cause they don’t wanna admit the truth that she has no interest Yes. But, a woman who allows someone that she knows is interested in her to spend copious amounts of time with her, take her places, and buy her things is also enabling that behavior. That's also a form of manipulation, they're letting them believe that they have a chance when they don't.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/25 03:48 PM
1

But if the crush has friends like me, where I have one on one hangouts, I offer to buy stuff for her, and compliment her, why should she think you’re any different? Because hanging out 1-on-1, buying each other gifts, and giving each other compliments is also how people communicate their interest in one another especially after they've already been open about their interest in you. Someone that wants you is just trying to get you, they're not thinking that far ahead. Then the person shouldnt off…

so we can't even argue that it's not how everyone is. But the point isn't "not everyone is like this." The point is that most "friend-zone" situations are manipulation and lopsided friendships where one person has feelings and the other person doesn't are toxic. You shouldn't be accepting favors from your "friend" who should shack up with you at any moment's notice, that's not a friend.

IMO, At least from my experience, a dude in "the friend zone" is a source of constant validation. If a woman is surrounded by dudes who would date her if given the opportunity but she keeps them at arm's length, it's deliberate. She's probably leading them on too. I think a lot of people are reading the title and maybe the first paragraph and immediately responding. If you’re miserable single, you’re not built for a relationship—you’re built for dependency. And that’s not strength. Sort yourself out. Build a life you actually enjoy. Stop looking at women as a missing piece. You’re either happy with what you’ve got, or you’re chasing something that was never going to fix you in the first place. This is some solid advice. The most eye-opening experience I'v…

Fr, like approaching a woman and saying "Hey, I think you're gorgeous." That's cool if you're like 16. But, if you're old enough to drink, you gotta have game. If you don't know what to say you shouldn't approach at all. Even just striking up a conversation related to something you're both doing at the moment works. That's how women have approached me, from my experience. It also lets you feel out if they want to be spoken to or not without going full send. Dudes complain about women refusing to…

Loneliness isn't something that just happens to you, it's not something you catch. Loneliness is a symptom of a greater issue. If someone struggles to go out and be more social, is it their loneliness that's the issue or something inhibiting their ability to go out more and be more social? When I say that I don't think it exists at all, I mean that there's something causing loneliness that's being ignored when we just write "loneliness epidemic" everywhere.

True. I guess social media sucks for relaying that message to men. I felt the same way at one point but I quickly realized that letting random bitter women on the internet stop me from approaching that drop-dead gorgeous woman at the store is easily the most pathetic thing I could do in my life lmao.

Suddenly becoming emotionally distant is a pretty strong indicator that they might be cheating.

I've gone as far as cold-approaching women in public. Like grocery stores and shit. I've never been rejected in a mean or disrespectful way. They say no (or the occasional yes) and I move on with my life. Even women who don't want to be approached are still chill about rejecting you if you do it right. Usually, women who don't want to be approached make it very obvious that they don't want to be bothered. Most cold approaches don't work but I don't think there was ever a time where they worked m…

Personally, I don't think it exists at all. Even on the internet, it's not hard to find people to spend time with. I found plenty of men and women to play games with and find online communities with. I agree that it's harder IRL especially as an adult but it's not impossible. If your response to being lonely is to whine about it on the internet then you probably suck.

Yeah, I also felt like the issue was being overblown. I get the concern but I don't think I've ever let #metoo or the threat of being labeled a creep stop me from interacting with a woman at work. However, I am a bit more careful with my words around women vs. men though.

I'm confused, what's wrong with his position?

I think it's a bit of a stretch to claim that anyone avoiding women at work is inherently sexist. I think there's certain situations which aren't sexist. Would you argue that it's sexist to avoid a woman that you're attracted to? I've seen a few men and women avoid working directly with people they have feelings for. I actually just turned down a job offer the other day because I was insanely attracted to the woman who would have become my boss. I felt like it would have created a weird work env…

I guess? But that still doesn't negate the fact that we both had options. She cut off a few dudes too. To your point, she did it much sooner than I did. Everyone is spinning plates to some extent when they're dating around. I'm certain that most of the women I was messing with also had other guys in their lives too. It's all just part of the game. We all just farm options until we find someone who checks all of our boxes then cut everyone else off. Sharing a woman with other men is going to happ…

It's not like they just magically showed up in my life because I'm smoking hot or something. I met most of them through dating apps and one through university. I asked out way more women and got ghosted and rejected a bunch of times. IMO I'm one of the least successful people I know in terms of dating.

Bro, she hated the fact that I was spinning so many plates. I had to reassure her that she was my priority. She didn't care much about the fact that I had so many other women in my life. It seemed like it put her off if anything.

And most guys don't? When I met my ex-fiancee and realized I wanted to be exclusive with her, I cut off 5 different women, including my ex lmao.

Anything racial.

I'd argue that they're the least tbh. Most women I met have their own shit and are pretty upfront when they don't and expect to be taken care of. My ex gave me $10k to help me finish university when I was in a tough spot and I paid her back plus interest. Maybe my perspective is skewed because I usually date career-oriented women but most of the women I'm surrounded by are super independent.
