Not every medically overweight woman is a "fattie". When you mentally picture a fattie you're probably thinking of someone well into the obese range.

The thing trp misses, is that sometimes girls will hold off sex if they really like a guy (both handsome and fun and sensitive and successful), even if they have really sexual pasts because they think the guy will respect them less if they just bang. Which is of course stupid. Men don't lose respect for women for having sex with them. They lose respect for women for having sex with other men. If a woman wants me to respect her the absolute worst thing she could possibly do is to hand out free pu…

It's rape when the person doesn't have a choice. Unconscious people can't make choices so having sex with an unconscious person is rape. Beyond a certain point of intoxication a person also can't make choices or can't communicate those choices, however this requires an incredibly high level of intoxication. It's pretty much impossible to not recognize this level of intoxication. If the are able to agree verbally or by being an active participant then they are able to make choices. The problem is…

She could very easily find someone better than you in every way. You don't know me. But I do know myself and I can guarantee you that no such person exists. People better than me in certain aspects exist but better in every way? Hell no.

Steroids in general yes but tren specifically is bad for cardio so it would be a poor choice for a SEAL

I was going to a psychologist for a while but she was female. I think you're right I might do better with a male psychologist. I think the past therapy was helpful in getting me to identify and categorize my issues and I've made a lot of progress on not feeling self loathing but I still do have some issues so it might benefit me to go back to a psychologist.

I'm not using it an excuse. I accept the mental side effects as part of the game. I'm saying it to point out why I don't think that the core issue is self-confidence like /u/jeezydasnowman claimed. I know what it's like to be and feel confident and I know what it's like to not. And in both of these cases I have a personal issue with her sexual history. So I think from this we can conclude that the core of the issue isn't self-confidence.

I get that. You do have a point. It's not as big of a concern for me as it is for other people though because in the real world (ie not the internet) I can use weak phrases an still come off as strong just because of how imposing my physical presence is. When a small man bumps into a larger man and then apologizes profusely he comes off as weak because it looks like he's scared of what the bigger man might do if he doesn't. His apology is just bringing attention to his weakness in relation to th…

I think you're misjudging me. I guarantee you'd never call me unmasculine to my face. And I don't mean that as a threat, it's just a fact. I'm 230lb with a six pack and 20" arms. I can bench press 500lb. When you look like I do you learn to be excessively polite because there's a fine line between exuding confidence and just straight intimidating people. I know this doesn't apply on the internet but the mannerisms I've learned carry over. I laugh at guys who act all hard but are 150lb soaking we…

I'm not sure this is the answer. I use anabolic steroids, these have mental side effects and one of the sides effects of some of them is excessive confidence. However when you stop and your hormone levels drop you can get low confidence as a rebound. So I know what it's like to feel extremely confident and I also know what it's like to feel quite unconfident. Now the interesting part is that both when I am confident and when I am unconfident I feel bad about her sexual history. However it is for…

I mean I don't really have much of a foundation yet but I have a lot of potential. I just got my math degree which gives me a lot of options. I was making over $10k a month at a finance internship last summer. I don't expect to have any trouble building a foundation. I really don't think she's the type to divorce. I think an act can be considers rape when one person forces another person to have sex with them against the other person's will. The force can be physical or it can be through coercion however in order for an act to be considered rape the victim must be unable to reasonably refuse. So if someone is held down and forced to have sex that would be rape. If someone is unconscious and someone has sex with them that would be rape. If someone threatens to kill your family unless you have sex with them…

Rape is when one person forces another to engage in a sexual act. This can be physical force as in holding someone down, or it can be threatening them. Having sex with someone who is incapable of resisting would be another example. It might be a good idea to add some example scenarios to the OP as two people can have very similar definitions but apply them differently to get different conclusions. EDIT: I subscribe to both /r/mensrights and /r/feminism so I have posted this reply in both subredd…

This definition is still poor though because it requires the victim to be penetrated, this means that a man who is forced to have sex with a woman will not be considered a rape victim.

I disagree, it is completely possible for person B to want have sex with person A without person A using their power coercively. The power disparity creates the potential for abuse but it doesn't rule out the possible that both parties are acting consensually.

Young people are easily manipulated but this doesn't mean that every encounter between an adult and a young person included manipulation. I think that consensual sexual relationships can exist between people with large age differences and that age difference alone should not be sufficient to classify something as statutory rape. I also think that even if manipulation occurred we should treat the situation differently than if the rape had been forcible.

If we are talking about elementary school students then this might be reasonable, but often these cases involve high schoolers 14-15 years old. At this age they may not be fully mature and it may be unethical and illegal for adults to have sex with them. But I think it is wrong to deny that they can consent and that having consensual sex with someone underage age is very different than forcing them to have sex.

/r/MensRights29/01/12 01:20 AM

this is actually not that uncommon, sometime a victim will try to act like nothing happened as a coping method
/r/MensRights27/01/12 05:37 AM

It doesn't have to be motivation for rape to be relevant to the case. If the case goes to trial the defense will probably try to argue that the sex was consensual, if the claimed victim was dressed in a manner that indicated that she was looking for sex then that could be seen as adding credit to the defendants story that the sex was consensual. Note I am not saying that if someone is dressed sexily that that means they must have consented or wanted it.
/r/MensRights23/01/12 08:10 PM

The goal of trying to make sure that everyone understands that the blame falls solely on the perpetrator even if the victim did things that made them vulnerable is admirable but I think that interpreting any attempt to educate people on how to be safer and less vulnerable as victim blaming is unwise.
/r/MensRights16/01/12 03:32 AM
2

the person who produced that image believes that by telling people that they should prevent rape by being safer that you are putting the blame for the rape on the victim instead of the rapist and thus this satire was made to try to put the blame solely on the rapist
