29	A response I read to a "mansplaining" accusation During status conference, some dumbass opposing counsel accused me of mansplaining my position to her outside of the courtroom. What was shocking was that she was an older attorney (in her late 40s maybe). I told her that I was going to bring up her bs comment to the judge as to why we couldn’t resolve our dispute and walked away to deal with another matter. 1	Privilege Yes and no to be fair. When it comes to competing law firms, it does put you at an advantage to have attractive people in the poster to your office. 13	Women and young girls allowed to go topless in public. Wait for the avalanche of cases against men because they looked. Can someone please enlighten me as to when a man has ever been charged for this? I’ve posted about this and I’ll continue to post, creating a victim mentality from nothing isn’t helping men at all. 9	Anybody else here scared by how widespread the "believe all women" thought process is? I actually believe that this movement has lost a lot of steam since 2020 with POTUS candidate Joe Biden being accused of sexual assault and the “love gov” Andrew Cuomo had to eventually resign based on his allegations. I think a lot of people saw the absurdity and hypocrisy behind this “believe all women” idea. 16	Nagging is abuse I think we, as men in this group, have to be careful before we subscribe to blanket ideas such as "nagging is abuse". Because if we just start signing off on these things in such a fashion then that would make us no better than the modern day victim mentality the majority of these social groups are quick to throw in everyone's face. 2	How can I vet my lawyer? Normally it’s going to be one or the other. Either it’s contingency because the attorney believes something worth his while will come out of it ($$) or hourly because the attorney is unsure about the strength of the case and thus wants to make sure he gets something for his time. Not sure about vetting record or past success. You may wish to look for him through the bar association. Maybe Google his name and see if you find any reviews.
