Where I don't think you should have banned, I can tell you that this isn't even an unpopular opinion. With it being a popular one, I do have to say that's interesting you were banned in the first place as that sub is completely fucking overrun by popular opinions. All mega corporations would 100% hire all women if they could pay 30% less. The only comparison that I've seen for the wage gap to even exist is when they compare 2 vastly different jobs.
