I'm very sorry to hear that, my colleague has gotten trough court too and have gotten the rights to have the kids and also that the woman has to pay him... I'm utterly sorry to hear how you are beeing treatened here, this is in no means right and you have the right to be upset, I mean I understand this situation, it's not right and not fair. Of course it's not ok if the woman is getting all the rights because of nothing, that shouldn't be possible. But no I didn't say anything about it and no I don't think fathers have a shot in hell of getting the kids in a divorce. This is just as bad as the other way around, cheating is never a good option. It makes her feel better because she got something from another person that her husband couldn't give her, she know it wasn't right, but didn't do the right step and simply talk to her husband about feeling unhappy. If you happen to be unhappy in a relationship, just speak about the problems and getting a solution to fix these problems...together. Not cheating behind someones back and even risk more, that's just a stupid thing to do in a relationship.
