Almost podiatrist here, slight soreness is fine when rehabbing but sharp pain (or serious soreness) in your case is not. okay so I'm actually in medical school and know .0001% of what your doctor does so take this with a grain of salt. Did you frequently take cialis after drinking (a night out on friday/saturday probably involved a bit of drinking lol)? because you might get orthostatic hypotension that way (low blood pressure). Do you remember what your blood pressure levels were from when you went to the doc?

Honestly going cold turkey is the way to go + spending a lot less time BORED on your computer. If you're at home with nothing to do alone chances are your default activity is to just hop on the internet and look at some porn.
