Because he did the right thing and called the cops on himself and admitted that he did in fact hit the little shit. Again, I see no problem with that. What would he argue otherwise? Hopefully she and her equally stupid friends learnt a valuable lesson for the rest of their life. He did the right thing. He helped an innocent mother and daughter get away safely from their assault and harassment, he single handedly dispersed the aggressors and called the cops himself immediately afterwards. Unfortunately I just started to realize recently that I fell into the 2nd category with my wife. It's fucking brutal mentally at times, but I love my kids and will do ANYTHING to make sure they don't grow up in a divorced family. With her, it's take it or leave it at this point. Our sex life is non-existant so I would not lose much. Sad.
