When you fire 10% of employees year after year even when you got rid of real slackers you start to influence people in a wrong way. They stop putting energy into work and instead put it into self-promotion. Welch's strategy was good because GE was bloated during his tenure. Btw GE got rid of this strategy after Welch retired. 1	Help me become a teacher I will teach dancing. I don't want any flowery, sensitive, new-age nonsense that I saw in my own education. I think as a teacher you have to sell yourself first, build rapport with the students and keep the frame of the relationship. I am interested in being a manly teacher and hoped for some TRP advices.
