That I can understand, I think largely the issue stems from training, in the UK a firearms officer needs to go through massive amounts of training and is accountable beyond belief for his or her actions, in America obviously its a little different since a lot of people have firearms, so obviously the police can’t have a similar system, but without such stringent recruitment, accountability and training, you get some real evil.

Wage gap does exist, wage gap the way its regurgitated does not. Equality of outcomes considers only the outcomes, there is indeed a gap in per capita pay within gender, but what this does not consider is personal choice, psycology, biology, etc.
