I started at 24 and regret not giving it a couple more years to be honest. Also I'd say Uni is a fantastic time and you'll love it. Last thing you want is to be saying no to all the nights out and drinking (A lot of the social life at uni will involve alcohol) just because you are on the juice and are training hard.
