I don't like Donald Trump yet he's in it's way to become one of the best presidents of US. USA never has had that low unemployement rate, both from inmigrants and people in there. During his presidency, didn't start any war unlike the other presidents and, made a comercial war against china in which USA won and benefited. I'm from Spain, and like it or not, he's been doing great things for USA.

Well it seems here is different then. They even almost kick me out for "making too much noise dropping the bar" so you can imagine the situation. I used to DL bare foot when i could, i liked the feeling, for squats i'm always in shoes. Im not saying all spanish gyms ban the use of chalk, just said that the ones i got into don't allow it.

I live in spain, and chalk is not commonly used, i go to a 40€ gym which is really great, but they don't allow, over my life i've been in 3 different gyms, none of them allowed the use of chalk, neither doing DL without the shoes

Gloves get really annoying when lifting bars with a high ammount of kg, the bar gets harder to lift due no not having direct contact, then, when your hands sweat the grip gets even harder, the gloves break, start smelling bad, and callouses appear anyway. In my opinion, if you dry your hands and the bar with a towel at the end of every set, it's more hygienic.

If i remember correctly, the wish of Gaudí (the arquitect) was that Sagrada Familia funds for the construction will only come from donations of the people, and it's expected to be ended by 2026 aprox.... more than 100 years since it's construction started! Spain truly is different
