6	Oklahoma Man Ordered To Pay Child Support Despite Not Being The Father The judge ordered Thomas to take another DNA test and he got the same result. The judge first ruled that Thomas was off the hook financially, but then reversed the decision because Oklahoma law says men must question paternity within two years of the child’s birth. The pertinent bit. My guess is he voluntarily signed the Acknowledgement of Paternity when the child was born (because why not?). I can't figure out why they bar voiding the document after 2 years.
