The DRI for strength training athletes like body builders is still just 1.2-2.0 g of protein per KILOGRAM of LEAN BODY MASS. Anything you eat over like 2.2 is just pissed out, and you've likely wasted your money. So refreshing to see someone that understands protein requirements, and thus doesn't shit on vegans. LMAO not carnies. Pretty sure the "healing" effects of a carnivore diet is ketosis, which really just means the fasting state. Like fasting it is beneficial to a degree and after a certain duration becomes harmful. Only population that natively lived in ketosis are the Eskimos/Inuits and they have a genetic adaptation to not enter ketosis. The only animal food that contributes to omega 3 is fish (EPA/DHA), and even then it still comes bundled with omega 6. Between fully acting out your impulses and denying them is the middle ground of sublimation, where you find a better way to express base desires.
