Dude I was a virgin at 22, there’s nothing lame about that…and I wasn’t ashamed at all. I’m now 32 and I’ve since had around 25 partners and was married and monogamous for 7 years.

You don’t. Leave girls alone at the gym unless they show obvious signs they’re interested in you. And if they do, you don’t need anyone’s advice from here.

If you were one of those women looking at me in this context, would you appreciate being approached by me then ? Or is it not what you’d be expecting even though we exchanged eye contact multiple times ?

That’s actually super simple, yet it makes so much sense. Can’t believe I couldn’t think about this on my own. Thanks a lot :)

I feel like I can’t love anymore, it’s the other way around 😂

Any tips to get out of that mindset ? I never really gave a 2nd thought to this concept consciously, but when I met my ex wife I really felt she was the one instantly. And I did spent a good part of my life with her. Forward to today, now that I’m dating again, no other woman can recreate this spark I had even until the end with her. No matter how good looking, smart, educated, etc. the new one is.

Agreed, and I’d suggest talking over a few sessions before asking her out. You’ll see from one day to another if she’s into you anyways.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
