My frustrations are related to taking long to recognize the needs of politics and networking if you want to get ahead in the career. Also, another frustration is that I am a graduated telecom engineer, but I work as a project manager in a not so technical area (CSR as I said above). I think this is the greatest and hardest to learn tip. When you've got a office job, you have tons of people asking you to do stuff, and only 20% of them are 80% of your real objective at work.
