That's out of the question as my job requires us to work even through the weekends and there are no holidays. Everyday is Monday for us. Resigning my job is out of the question for now as it's provided good opportunities for my career and I can use this to get into better positions later but I digress, this is an entirely different topic.

Not much really, I had different priorities when I was younger like focusing on doing academically well and pursuing hobbies. I did day game and got a couple of numbers but I didn't persist beyond that. Now that I'm in a better place, I can feel that my lack of success with women is catching up to me. I genuinely want to get this part of my life fixed ASAP. Or at least develop myself to a point where I can get girls drawn into my life.

Meditating helps a lot with staying present to the moment. Try start with that. After a few days , you'll start being more out-of-your head and hence, less anxious/over thinking. Once you slowly build up that habit, start approaching girls.

Can you explain what monk mode is? I apologize if I sound ignorant as I'm new here and I'm going through something similar with OP.

Giving up: 1. League of legends 2. Screens of after 11pm 3. Porn Productivity: Hit the gym

What you're mentioning here is a paradox I'm still learning to get through. Every relationship progresses archaically - initially, there's the attraction, buildup of emotions, and as it develops, it hits a crescendo, and then it eventually falters. But does that mean you should treat every relationship like it's going to inevitably end? No! You should treat it as it is, how you feel it is in the present moment. Don't waste your time thinking about the future. It adds unnecessary stress and waste…

Exactly as lsegundo says. It's your turn. Make the best out of the relationship and make sure you both help to grow each other as best as you can. Just remember, almost every relationship develops archaically - there will be the initial attraction/infatuation phase, then as it crescents towards the climax , you both will learn a lot about each other and growth , and finally the relationship ends. Understand that process and you'll be fine. Also read the TRP sidebar if you haven't yet.

This is exactly what I needed to hear. I'm going through a similar situation to yours. I met this girl online, dated her for about 2 years and it eventually became a pseudo-relationship-frienship type thing (as weird as that sounds). Let me explain what I mean by that - we would do everything a couple would do but only when we're needy or want to see each other, otherwise we were on our own. She , on the side lines, started seeing someone else, occasionally talked about him in front of me, and g…

I'd say it's more of a frame control issue. If you can maintain your frame and maintain the RP mentality, you'll be fine. Think of it as a battle - the person with the stronger frame wins - if yours is greater, good. If not, fix it. In line with this, there's a quote I came across once - the person with the most power in the relationship owns the relationship.

You should leave it alone. The truth is harsh but it's over between the two of you. Burn bridges with her and move on with your life. Ever had these small little thoughts into your mind when you're with her? Thoughts like doing other things at that time instead of being with her? Now would be a good time to do all these things you've been pushing away . Also, if you've not been lifting, start lifting. Stopped cold approaching? Start doing it. Get your life back (one step at a time) ; it's not wo…

I can't, I don't know where to start meeting women, and I'm new to this cold-approaching thing.

I'm new to this. I read about cold-approaching , did a few but I'm not getting anywhere with it. Started lifting though. Helps massively.

We're still friends with a bit of feelings. Hard to move on when I'm still in contact with her.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
