oddly enough, once i am head over heels for someone, i can be clingy and want to be around them all the time. at least it was that way with my ex. i do appreciate my alone time and do need some space sometimes. i think once i work on my attachment style i can find a good balance 🥲

my childhood was really tumultuous tbh and my parents marriage kinda scarred me. i think i try protect myself from feeling abandoned so i built high walls even though all i really want is to feel loved, protected and cared for by someone. aghhhhh

i totally agree with you. i used to pride myself on being a “leaver” when things got tough but i see now how it’s working against me. even when i like someone, if he doesn’t follow the script in my head, im half way typing the “it’s not going to work” message :( or i start to tell myself “he’s actually kind of boring or i wanted him so badly and now i have him and im like is this it?… why did i like him so much. we don’t seem compatible” i’ll look into therapy because i do want to fix this and b…

i’ll look into all these options! i know im forming a pattern that is working against me but can’t seem to pin point why 😭. but i want to correct it so badly

it’s okay, i’m a rambler too haha… i get what you’re saying and i do agree with you. i stopped using dating apps because of course i could never maintain any conversations there. i have experienced better success when things move slow and i get to know the person over time. i tend to find the men attract to me require my full attention immediately or they want to see me 3x a week off bat and i can’t do that. maybe i need to be more focused on cultivating connections in social settings because i …

girrlll?? why are you fighting someone on their personal experience? doesn’t work for you, don’t take the advice. simple. goodness gracious

what type of man are you aiming to attract?

the wizard liz has never claimed to be a relationship guru, she did talk about relationships here and there but i think her content was mainly centred around levelling up and getting your dream life, although maybe not in the healthiest way.

i see… of course it’s not equal. anyone older than 1 years old will have experienced things in life where they couldn’t get what they wanted. does that mean it’s wrong to have desires? older men might want to date young 20’s something but whether they able to achieve that is a different story. in the same way women might want to date the super rich successful guy, her ability to do that may or may not be within her control. people can hope and there’s nothing wrong with that, i don’t think it’s …

i believe in RPW theory but i think you lack a lot of nuance in most of your responses on this thread. i think both face challenges in relationships and personal growth in unique ways… you’re making it seem like it’s straightforward when it’s really not.

most women here absolutely don’t feel entitled to millionaires, i’m sorry but that’s a reach…

literally. i don’t know why they’re fighting so hard to die on that hill. I, as a young woman, want a family… and i sure a heck do not want the father of my kids to be in his 30 or even 40’s. i’m aiming for a 1-3 year age difference. other young women do date older men. usually, it’s not for love. the attraction comes from his pockets, the moment that runs dry… well 🤷‍♀️

this is cute! does he react positively to these and do you still stick to it even during times you aren’t very happy with him?

totally get where you’re coming from and i don’t mind you saying that, always good to see diff perspectives 😊 it’s possible that it was all happening in my head? haha. i was very rigid around him so perhaps that’s why too? but i am going into this very level headed and i will watch out for any inconsistencies and i’m still vetting him so the work isn’t done yet. and thanks, i hope so too!!

thank you! 😊 i feel really excited about him and i’m glad that we made it back to each other haha

that’s a really good question but i’m choosing to focus on the positives of what’s happening right now and enjoying it! i do think that there was a lack of communication and mutual misunderstanding but i’d like to think it’s cleared up now and we can happily move forward

yeah i posted above but to make it short he was travelling when i met him and he thought i wasn’t interested in him and basically decided to that a conversation wasn’t necessary to have. i agree with you, i was skeptical at first, but i believe he’s being truthful. i hope so at least!

we spoke about it! so when we met he was travelling at the time, met him when he was in my city and he super swiped me on bumble. it was short and intense when we first met (we didn’t sleep together but he tried) he was travelling to a different country a couple days later and i guess he just wanted to live it up. we hung out quite a bit for the couple days he was in my city and but when he left the communication waned. according to him, he thought i wasn’t attracted to him so he didn’t want to …

then that should’ve been the advice given to her as it would’ve been much more helpful.

focus on the core issue? 😳 so are you going to give her advice on how to change her height? 😳 i don’t think your comment is helpful for her situation and will probably just create an unnecessary insecurity when there’s plenty of tall women in committed relationships.

a man that is serious will make a point to ASK for exclusivity. to assume you’re exclusive with someone after the first kiss is quite crazy and a bit presumptuous and will lead to disappointment. multidating is a good strategy for women because it minimises some risks. also clarity is clear to see. a man can’t use a woman for ‘fun’ unless she allows him to. If she chooses to sleep with him early and his only intention was fun, then sure she’s now condemned to the fun box but if she never allows …

my answer is long so please bear with me as i try my best to articulate myself properly. this is something i’m also trying to figure out for myself but so far this is my understanding: i think something that always gets looked over in these types of conversations is the simple idea of mutual attraction and compatibility. no matter how many great qualities someone "brings to the table” if the person on the other end is not interested in taking what you bring, it’s futile. i’m more of a silent lur…

i learnt it from adrienne everheart videos and she talks about dating multiple guys at the same time, 4-5, because by doing this you don’t get too attached to a particular man until he proves himself, would that go against having an abundance mentality or thinking you have so many options?
/r/RedPillWomen07/08/24 05:04 PM

does rule #8 also relate to quantum dating? how do you balance dating multiple people while not having an abundance mentality?

i don’t think i completely agree with everything you said but i do see some truth in some of your points. to touch on how i look, i’m 5’6 and my bmi fluctuates between 21-22. i have a nice body which gets complimented on by men and women but maybe they just say it to make me feel good? but i have no insecurity about my bum. it’s a nice shape and suits my body, it’s not huge by any means but there’s some volume there. i am insecure about my boobs though, i am a 34C. they are average sized. not bi…

we dated for 6 months and i didn’t sleep with him. i think that’s what may have caused him to lose interest. after that experience it made me understand that i do think that i may have to put out a bit earlier for men like this, i spoke to my mother, she said 3 months max but not until marriage or he will go somewhere else. which is what i think happened, someone better came along who was willing to sleep with him earlier. i find it hard to navigate when it the right time to sleep with them. i a…

these are really good questions to ask myself and i will reflect on them! i read the article you linked, haven’t finished it but oh wow… i don’t look like that at all haha 😣 i have curves but my hips are not as pronounced as those AI images, neither are my boobs as big. i’m also tall, i’m 5’6 and my bmi fluctuates between 21-22 but not sure what my body fat percentage is but i’ve played sports my whole life so i’m decently toned and do get complimented on my body (mainly my bum) by men and other…

the man i dated was 26 so i guess there’s some truth to that although i do meet men who are as i described who are in my age preferences but most times they are already in relationships. the only reason im not willing to date older than my stated limits is because i still want to travel and not ready to have kids yet and i want a man who will understand my humour. my main issue isn’t necessarily that i can’t attract a good man, it’s more so i might meet a man who is kind and eager to commit to m…

you’re right, i do believe my mother has played a significant role in helping my father become the man he is today. they started dating when she was 17 and he was 19, and she has been his biggest cheerleader and main support. my mothers family was much well off than my father’s family (he was poor) and my grandparents (mother’s side) loaned my father money to move abroad and start his businesses. she was actually meant to marry an oil engineer but according to her she saw something in my father …

how do i manage my expectations? i really don’t know how to find a good balance. i have dated a man like this and it felt so right? although i will admit he was 26 so on the higher end of my age limit but he was real! so i would feel like im settling when i know i can attain men like this. i’m open to hearing if you have any tips on how to find good balance and realistic approaches

i do still have a lot to learn, i don’t think people ever really finish learning or becoming better 😊 but i can confidently say that i’ve been on a self development journey since i was 17, but i have certain behaviours and habits that have been shaped by the way i was raised. i’ve went to private schools my whole life, i went to a good university and i had the privilege to study and live abroad by myself since i was 19. i just graduated in 2023 and i’m currently looking for a job and i think my …

i understand what you say 😊 i made my post to mostly focus on the physical aspects because i believe that’s my main struggle in terms of men i am physically attracted to and wanted to emphasise this aspect because it really is important to me. i’m not super shallow, i do have hobbies and passions!! i was a sunday school teacher assistant in high school and volunteered at my church and i enjoy running and going to the gym, reading, listening to podcasts and self-development. i also enjoy baking, …
