My belief is automation comes in all areas and actually saves lives such that the death at work figures are radically reduced to human health factors and male disposability in this enviroment diminishes. There should then be a a base living pension for all whatever you do (but that's getting off topic except the egalitarian aspect of such a system). Then inducements, commission or disbursement of the fruits of uour labour for higher earnings.
I was tempted to downvote as well but your comment stopped me - projecting negativity and inference of offence on a simple education question would not be right. There is a lot of (I believe justified) defensiveness in the trans* community but this wasn't like that and certainly the dribble link above.
