I've seen people first hand "tease" girls with massive success. I've seen it blow up on others including me. It's hard to do it right but it for sure shows massive non-neediness when pulled off correctly. What is a "shit test" really? Ya it might be probing to see what kind of guy you're really are and to see if you're crazy but it's also a neg.

Read some eastern philosophy. The Power of Now is a good place to start but it goes much deeper than that.

I've read “No More Mr. Nice Guy” and “Models” too. They're great reads and I recommend them to others to read. Honestly "eastern philosophy" has helped me much more. Personal mindfulness study and reading Power of Now every couple months. I guess at the end of the day you need to find what calls out to you the most. That's the magic of life. It's the journey not the end goal.

One thing I am struggling with the last couple weeks is being a fun and more outgoing with people I barely know. I feel this low level anxiety that locks me up -- both physically and mentally. I feel very uptight. A dance instructor pointed out of the same thing earlier in the week to me too actually. Funny how everything ties together like that. For example, I was out for a coworker friend's leaving the city party and was experiencing this anxiety big time. I only really knew the one friend in …

For sure Seek psychologist but keep in mind growth comes from within. A psychologist can help you go in the right direction but keep in mind you're the captain of your ship. Psychologist can't save you. Only you can.

Last one thing, I set goals for my growth in 2 month increments. Stuff like better eye contact, mediating daily, etc. Build good habits but make sure you only focus on a couple things at once for each increment or it won't work. Good for quality here or your new habits will fail.

I know mediation has been mentioned a bunch of times but it really does help a lot. I've been pushing to doing it daily myself. Up to this point I've only been doing it three days a week for 15 minutes. My goal is to do it daily for 20 minutes but I'm slowly building towards there. Also build up a network of friends. Not just any friend either. I made the mistake of having a couple toxic ones and it set me back in my development because of it. Seek out good people. They're out there but also kee…

I feel any "hardcase newbie" thread isn't complete without: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CcrhwatDkUM&list=PL587B1DD50486638F&index=2 . Owen is telling it how it is.

I really need to hear this. There's too many people in my social circles that act this way to get girls with daddy issues. It was starting to get to me.

I agree. Crack is great for humour; not life advice. Human nature is funny though. We see value in the site because it's really funny and start taking advice from it.

Also, do you have any tips to be less boring? So, give more value. It's my biggest sticking point right now.

Thanks for sharing baaaark. I seriously needed this. I'm about at the half way mark of what you said in your main post. Trying real hard to fix my inner game issues and not getting caught up in other people's success using dubious tactics while I watch them turn into not good people. People I don't want to be near. Maybe I should try therapy or locking myself away for 2 to 4 weeks and focus hard on RSD inner game stuff. Tempting... Good to see there's light at the end of the tunnel.

Have you read the book Sex at Dawn? or at least know about Polyamory (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polyamory). I'd give it some research and, yep, stuff like this is a personal choice.

Inner game is so important. If you don't love yourself how can you love others? There's always the Las Vegas route if you're just looking to just get laid. With that said, I'm not saying outer game is bs or crap. It's not; but if you're a total mess how can you improve in other parts in your life?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
