You trying not to impress girls and doing whatever you want/ feel will impress them. The opposite is needy and expecting validation/ reciprocal attention. Working on yourself and being passionate about whatever you’re into is attractive and impressive.

It’s fine to be goofy, be your genuine self, don’t apologize for expressing yourself how you want!

Well its a biological drive that has motivated your (my) species and previous species for millions of years. If you put yourself around enough of the opposite sex, it will happen. Your ancestors did it, you're the evolution of generations of successful reproduction, if they did it, why can't you? That's the why. Believe in yourself, don't treat rejections as losses but opportunities to be better. Obtain a growth mindset.

Attractiveness, which could be communicated in a number of physical features, social resources, or personal capabilities. Physical features - duh, nothing to say here. Social resources- friends, reputation, money, status. Personality- charm, wit, funny, spontaneous, gentle, confident, all those other sought after personal attributes. 1) I think this depends on your definition of what is considered valuable. Obviously billions of 9-5 workers or otherwise across the world are valued enough to ente…

You don't need a book. Just have clear intentions when texting. No more then 5 texts from you on figuring out logistics for the date. Be personal in person not on your phone.

I see the 'nice' guy archetype as a reflection of feminine 'niceness' - things like overtly polite, someone who's actions would easily lead to them being called 'sweety' lmao, instead of a masculine nice, which is more like gentle than nice. TL;DR Basically be a nice guy but not so much where you are easily called 'sweety'.

Eat healthy, exercise 3-4 times a week, stop masturbating so much, no porn, get enough sleep, meditate, believe in yourself, tell yourself that you’re awesome and proud of yourself for getting so far, get some sun everyday, get an outdoor hobby, ‘the best teacher is your last failure,’ set weekly goals and take steps to achieve them, get a job, wear nice clothes, practice smiling, help someone = volunteer, go to church - if that’s your thing, try your best and you should never have a feeling of …

Go to a bar, 2-3 times a week, you’ll naturally start convos with people, some of those will be women, most not. Don’t have expectations, just try to have fun, you’ll meet people and become more socialized. I understand that this is during COVID land still, so could be difficult in your area. Alternatives can be difficult those online webcams stuff and took with random people, you don’t even need to say anything or try to be interesting - people will naturally want to entertain themselves by ask…

Go to a bar after work and just try to meet people / have fun. Don’t ever assume or make presumptions about relationships until it’s obvious. Then make your move.

Definitely. I have a coffee shop near me that has large round tables. They are great for approaching since they promote conversations with strangers. Try to look for environments or settings that have this similar sort of interactions.

I need to learn how to do this. I am not really a very touchy person in general. I think I would just end up being awkward like always. Any tips on how to practice physical teasing?
