The article says to find a local Morpheus, I can understand why. Reddit and TRP are great but a real life, real time punch in the gut for my level of fucked up is necessary.

I've taken that punch and more over the years. Working on the go forward plan. Her exit plan is house equity and savings. Possibly a dude somewhere in there as well. I've suspected but never found any proof of cheating/branch swing.

Update: 3 day post boat and reuniting at the cabins. The wife has spent the last 3 days avoiding the entire family- me and kids. I expected her to go dark on me but didn't expect her to cut the kids out as well. Very strange behavior. The only time she talks to the kids is to chew them out for something minor and petty. The family counseling is so the kids can work out how to deal with the historical shit the wife has pulled over the past five to ten years. Hopefully the wife will open her eyes and deal with her issues as well but I seriously doubt it. Any other suggestions?

Agree, should have started 10 years ago. I was under the impression that divorce was a major sin and the wife is a fragile, beautiful, China Tea cup (actual quote from a marriage seminar we attended, one of many). I didn't agree with the phrase then but the wife is still quoting it 12 years later. Our marriage has always been difficult and the oneitis I carried around was epic. Oneitis faded with my first exposure to MRP and died completely this week.

I did say ultra beta in the title. Giant pussy faggot may be a better description. Actually swallowed the red pill this time, got a long way to go and lots of lifting and reading to Alpha/Oak. No shit on the three days. Didn't ask for anything from the kids. I just made sure to have a good time. Half assed is generous at this point.

I did lift on occasion when business traveling but it wasn't working for me due to a logistics issue. Now that I'm off the road I will be purchasing a membership when we get back home from vacation. I have a screwed up back and posterior chain from a car accident and lifting in my younger days so I must foam roll in the morning, pre-lift and post lift, and then again at night.
