Make sure that you do the kind of therapy that's for trauma and not talk therapy because it doesn't work. I have not tried it yet but ART seems like it's the shit. I've done EMDR without a lot of success and ART seems to be the way to go it's just hard to find practitioners unless you're in a large metropolitan area.
