Update Met up, had fun, made out, meeting up again in a few days. If you've done the work, then have confidence in yourself. If you see yourself slipping into any old habit, just pause before you speak and redirect the conversation into an avenue you desire. Finally, let them carry the conversation if you can - I probably spoke 20% to her 80%.. one of the old habits that I had in my head was that I had to talk alot to keep her entertained. Actually shutting the fuck up allowed her to talk more, …

So got a similar situation unfolding today, meeting up with an old fling that kinda fizzled out due to alot of my own issues (neediness being the summary of many). Honestly, going into things now I simply couldn't give a fuck? Like the concept of her being on a pedestal is far removed, the fact that there's literally millions of other woman in this world really does remove the importance of "this one". I feel like I've swung 180 from where I was, and I dunno how it ends, but after removing the i…

No More Mr Nice guy I stumbled across from trp, that was pretty game changing and honestly improved my life in and out of relationships 10 folds. The rational male series was really good also! Its one of the grandfather books of the redpill, it uses alot of the terminologies but it's not a book designed around hate - just kinda offers an understanding and holds a mirror up to oneself. It's not about controlling others, it's about improving yourself. I've touched quite a few others that aren't go…

So I'm pretty redpill aware - I've gone through the books and watched plenty YouTube videos on the subject. This dude is just leaning into attachment theory in my opinion, the women that his tools work against his polar opposite. His concept of redpill works within the man being avoidantly attached, and the lady being anxiously attached. There's a big difference from 99% of the shit on YouTube about the redpill, and some of the original books. The whole movement has been corrupted in many ways a…

From my understanding, it's your world. Like you are the captain of your ship, and others can join you in your ship - but it's your ship. Replace ship with frame. I "think" that's what frame is, I'm still learning myself tbh

You got any audiobooks books you to recommend that go along this line of thinking? I'm coming to a similar realisation, but more truly comprehending the mistakes I've made throughout all of my relationships that led to an undesirable outcome. Got a few different avenues of growth I'd like to work during a self imposed monk mode for a year, I'd like to build better skills that share your philosophy along that journey. Any suggestions?

Solution, pick the path of growth and quit thriving around in a pool of sadness. Use that emotion and do something to better ones life. Yes certain characteristics cannot be changed, but the important ones can be. Start consuming knowledge, learn about "nice guy" syndrome and see if it takes you down a rabbit hole of growth. Perhaps read and take action to improve social skills, or my best one yet - take up a daily embodiment practice and get out of your head and into your body. Quit your bad ha…
