I like the two comments....marry and divorce a billionaire and be born a billionaire. What about defrauding investors for 12 years and become a billionaire.

I hear you I was banned from r/advice for pointing out that someone had a recognised mental defect and I was banned for suggesting someone kick them to the curb.

Ok, couple of answers. One, I divorced due her lying about money, her spending of said money. Two, she keep calling me at work on my work line to demand I do something about ORS giving her....her child support. So I couldn't just block her I had to answer my work phone. And at the time caller I'd didn't exist. Yes we had children.

C.S. is not based on the time you have your kids. It's based on legal custody assigned by the court. My ex had full custody assigned by the court and discovered when our child was taken by CPS that she had to open her wallet and pay the state her portion of the child support. She worked hard and fast to get the child back, because the state didn't care about her excuses as to why she shouldn't have to pay.

To simplify the post I sighted adultery....illegal in all 50 states. Of course the act of adultery is not illegal in all 50 states and as noted by a very astute person where it is illegal the prosecution is very rare. However, the effects of a illegitimate child / children is the false reporting of the father on the birth certificate a federal/state form where making a false statement is a felony. Right wrong or indifferent the law is clear lying on an official document is a crime. Committed by …

Can we sue for the return of child support when it's discovered that the child is not ours? After the child turns 18....with the child's welfare removed from the equation. Shouldn't we be able to recoup the lost money due to the fraud?

I know it's a double standard. When I was young a class mate getting it on with a female teacher was just ignored because women could be and are responsible for their bodies. They were not forcing a boy to have sex with them. Older male teacher forcing sex on an adolescent girl is rape. Just how it was. Today with all the gender fluidity who knows anymore.

The pay gap is false, it's a fraud committed to make people feel bad under a false pretence. It's like the lines of resolution on newer TV'S. Go to a tv store and look at a tv. The first thing someone is going to say is the "number of lines of resolution". This is the stupidest comparison because human visual acuity can't see the number of lines and on top of that you don't want to. If you could, you wouldn't be able to see the moving pictures. The comparison you want that never comes up is the …

Mind you women are working to stop sex robots from becoming common place. It would destroy their ability to shaft men.

Worst of all is how women turn the kids on the father's. There's an ebook on Amazon, titled My path forward after my divorce, things I learned after it was too late. It cover several situations and how to avoid them.

You need to document everything. Sounds like she can be vindictive. I recommend an ebook I found on kindle. My path forward after my divorce, things I learned after it was too late.

Make sure it's yours first. But if it is still no, if women can retroactively withdraw consent for sex....just think what the court will do to you if she changes her mind with a baby sitting there.

How can any women be trusted again? With women being allowed to withdraw consent after the fact. How's society to work when one party can say....I know I said yes, but now I'm saying No. You can pay me to not report it as a crime.

Their all gold diggers. I had a girl come to me when I was in high school. She claimed I got her prego and my response was produce it and ill pay for it. Found out later she had run the scam on a friend of mine as well, he paid up along with the guy who gave him syphilis through her. I was glad I sent her packing, before I was patient next.
