Listen up boys! Flirt with EVERYONE. You are allowed to pursue anyone you like. You are allowed to make sexual and romantic advances. There is nothing wrong with that no matter what the Uber blue pill psychos will tell you.

Every time this has happened I was at the function with another girl. So I guess I never got to find out if they were being serious or not. Not flexing, just admitting you might be right, but I never really got to find out.

I have sisters and many female friends. I’ve heard tell of “going out underwear” vs “pajama underwear” and also plenty of discussions about which dress/bikini accentuates what the most effectively. Bras aren’t a great example as some are made for modesty and some are made to squirt the top of your titty out and up towards your chin.

I don’t think that would be hard. I think most people wear comfortable clothes when there’s no one to impress and impressive clothes when there is someone to impress.

People treating people fairly? According to their actions and not based on something arbitrary like race or sex? God I hope so.

I’ve had lots of luck with flings and hookups. Novelty is a strong contributor to attraction. I love the culture in Mexico, as a visitor at least. Academia and the job market is brutal down there. But the people, I love them all, not just the women. Y mi espanol no es perfecto. Nivel B2 o así. No puedo ganar un trabajo pero para coqueatar, B2 es suficiente.

“Why didn’t you make a move back in the day, I was sooo into you” welp, shawty it seemed like you didn’t know I existed. I’ve had this conversation multiple times with girls I would have loved to date or hook up with.

I think we would need to make it okay to date coworkers and classmates and stuff again. Because ain’t no babes shooting their shot on a complete stranger. But a coworker, a teacher, a classmate, definitely.

I’m glad to hear you’ve been in some healthy and trusting relationships. It’s not as common as your experience may have indicated. Just like women are allowed to say “some women have experienced SA, that’s why most women assume all men are predators” I think its understandable that.. “some men have experienced coercive control and extreme mistrust, that’s why most men assume all women are like that” It’s unfair to the healthy, mature, people, but it’s based on something real. Again it sounds lik…

Yeah but fantasizing alone in your room does not require you to conform to some idea of what is sexy. You get the benefit of only needing to please yourself. If you want to get another person involved you gotta look and act a certain way. If we were to follow your logic, more people would require their sluttiest outfit or Sunday best to get their rocks off in a masturbation sesh. I’ll do it in a dirty old band tee and holy underwear if the mood strikes me.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/02/24 06:45 PM

Did they give you their password? Were you free to snoop with impunity?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/02/24 06:40 PM

Of course people do. And yes I think they do have a sexual identity when nobody is watching. Sexual identity is who/what you’re attracted to. If you’re implying that masturbation is someway confounding the argument that people dress nice to look fuckable, then I disagree. When I’m cranking down I don’t dress nice. To perform with a partner I need to feel sexy and like a big strong man. To jerk off I don’t care. I think we’re social animals, and our appearance is so important. Mostly I want my ap…

I don’t pass any judgment on a scantily clad lady. Just don’t be pissed if I compliment you or you catch me looking. You came in public in your underwear, that’s rad, I don’t judge. But you’re in public so don’t judge me for staring if them thangs are thangin’.

Wouldn’t bother me. But it sure would start to bother me if I wasn’t allowed to have female friends. For me it’s about fairness.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/02/24 06:24 PM

I think OP is talking about relationships. Where I find women to be far more insecure and distrustful.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/02/24 06:20 PM

I think OP is referring to relationships. It’s pretty common for a lady to think nothing of going on a trip without their spouse, girls nights, male coworkers giving lots of attention. In comparison the husband is basically on house arrest.

I’ve been approached and complimented and such just as often though? And I definitely get better results the better sort out my appearance. It’s pretty widely believed by all camps on this sub that looking your best, sexiest self will increase your chances of success. I also think it’s kinda confusing how people on here insist that they want to look “sexy” for themselves. They want to feel “sexy”. I think that they should stop using that word if they’re trying to make the case that their outfit …

I’m not very familiar with Nietzsche. So I’m not sure I can answer that. But what I mean is mostly everyone used to be red pill and open about it. Now most people agree with and act like the red pill predicts, except people use banal blue pill platitudes to make the world seem softer, safer, and more fair. Then continue to live their lives just as red pill would expect.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/02/24 09:18 PM

I’d argue that red pill is conventional wisdom and blue pill is a new thing.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/02/24 09:02 PM

In my opinion. The best dating advice is just to try harder. If you are handsome and you can’t get babes you need to try harder to generate more leads through OLD or skee-ball league. If you are ugly but very social and you still can’t get a date? You probably need to work out or focus on grooming. Some people have it easier it’s true. But I don’t believe anyone is so bad as to be good for nothing. Nobody is a total lost cause.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/02/24 08:11 PM

Yeah even take double entendre for example. It’s super effective because I think it displays your boldness and your cleverness. When I was a kid I would bite my tongue and never make clever jokes or turns of phrase that were bawdy or crude. Now I find it to be one of the most effective techniques, implicating the two of you in some romantic or sexual situation without actually saying anything explicitly sexual.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/02/24 07:06 PM

Yeah but I wouldn’t advise anyone to jump a motorcycle over their coke dealers house for a potential discount. Haha even though it is pretty freaking rad. Edit: This is all relative I mean I still had plenty of success with women, just less than some more risk taking, aggressive, dudes. I tell you what though, all the moms/parents wanted me dating their daughter.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/02/24 06:53 PM

Well the concept of using double entendre or innuendo or god forbid touching someone without extremely explicit consent was always something I was cautioned against. However, those things are pretty much necessary for flirting and courtship. I think this is part of the problem these days. Some men were brought up like myself to believe that they are inherently sick violent predators and pretty much every woman will perceive you as such. So we all over correct and take a very passive approach to …
/r/PurplePillDebate07/02/24 06:45 PM

I’ve pondered this a lot. I can’t make sense of it. I’ve learned though that you can be a good guy and still utilize tactics that help “bad boys” succeed. For instance being bold, spontaneous, teasing/bantering, escalating things through physical touch and double entendre, better me than some aggressive dickhead.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/02/24 05:52 PM

When you’re young it’s almost “lame” to care about your future, or your schoolwork or your well being, or staying out of legal trouble. Why is that? Why can’t being responsible be sexy?! lol
/r/PurplePillDebate07/02/24 05:37 PM

It’s super common out there in the world. They taught a lot of young men to be modern, enlightened, gentlemen, but nobody ever thought to warn girls against their biases towards risk taking, rakish, rogues.

Dude you entered a conversation between two other people and yet can’t seem to fathom why I would keep the conversation on topic? Which you haven’t refuted at all. lol you just keep saying “I didn’t bring that up so it’s not valid” but it is. I’m telling you that’s how people feel. As evidenced by all the plausible examples I’ve discussed, which are relevant as much as you keep pretending they’re not. The crux of my argument. Again. Is that people are not chattel to be owned, yet people behave this way. If you disagree, that’s fine but I think it displays a little cognitive dissonance on your part.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/24 04:52 PM

I have. You just keep feigning ignorance of real world attitudes. It’s easy to say “you haven’t made a good argument because I don’t understand”. Just because you don’t understand or are pretending not to understand nuance, doesn’t mean that that nuance doesn’t exist. You’re right I misquoted you, and you’re right it’s more than an agreement. I think you’re starting to see my perspective. The difference between ownership and “a sacred agreement” of being faithful to one another is pretty semanti…

Well at least we found bedrock. You can say that it’s “just an agreement” but I think that is a little naive considering the lengths people go to. You can describe anything with gentler terms but it doesn’t change the reality. You spent all this time to make a semantical argument that’s not that convincing in the face of real world attitudes. Pretending that those attitudes don’t exist and using gentler terms to describe them is honestly unsatisfying. And I’m pretty fair, if you would have come …

Obfuscating? It’s not my fault you can’t understand what’s implied here. I believe that if your wife cheats on you. If you take that as some major hit to your honor, that means you felt some ownership over her sex. You disagree. Can’t believe I need to explain YOUR position. You can’t say that anti social behavior is somehow natural and the function of evolution. Maybe it is the way of the world right now. But I disagree that it’s somehow evolutionarily advantageous to be a violent jerk. Edit: Also ghengis khan was only like a few hundred years ago. That’s just not enough time to qualify for an evolutionary analysis. Especially considering that culture is plastic within a lifetime. So there’s no way to test, confirm, or falsify the adaptation of a certain behavior. …

I think it’s an opportunity and probability thing. I was raised on some BS cultural convention that I shouldn’t sexualize women and I should take a passive approach to ensure I never make anyone uncomfortable. I think decent men listened to that social programming. So who is left doing the approaching? Dark triad dudes who don’t give a shit about the rules or anyones feelings. /r/PurplePillDebate06/02/24 12:30 PM

I agree that things will fall into your lap if you’re just a social person. I’d caveat that you still have to get out there and mix it up with people. Especially if you can show yourself to be someone of import in a social situation. It’s powerful.

You literally quoted me without reading what it says. I said that it’s not demeaning but it is kinda crazy. Yes that person was a troll and here you are defending her. When people argue in bad faith I don’t defend them. Even if they’re in my camp. It’s called integrity.

I don’t. I don’t think it’s necessary.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/24 03:27 AM

That’s not how this works though. Academic criticism of evolutionary psychology is that it really can’t be confirmed or falsified. You can evaluate the way people behave now but it’s really difficult to say whether or not it has to do with our evolutionary fitness. At least not for complicated things like social behavior.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/24 03:25 AM

The only way for you to salvage your honor after your spouse cheats on you is by some show of violence and revenge?… I think that implies that their infidelity meant some disproportionate insult to your honor. If you can’t admit that then you are being willfully ignorant.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/24 03:17 AM

My point is that you can’t argue that marriage and monogamy is “natural” compared to any other life way. I’m 100% on board to get better and be enlightened humans. I just find the rigid adherence to arbitrary rules a little frustrating. Your second point, I’m confused. You’re saying that a more attractive partner will always be resentful? So there must be monogamy to trap that person? Seems kinda medieval.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/24 03:10 AM
1

Dude. Part of reading comprehension is getting in to that subtext. You replied to my comment to another person. The other persons argument was that you will get murdered if you sleep with someone else’s wife. My point, is that the laws of today reflect a truth. You do not own your spouse. They can sleep with whoever they want. Unlike your grill, if someone steals your wife you have no recourse. That’s because us modern, enlightened humans believe that women are people to make their own decisions…
/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/24 02:52 AM

My whole point is that it seems neither system is preferable to the other. It seems to me that many people on this sub think that one way is “natural” or our “default setting” which I disagree with.

Again… I’d say it’s a racist idea to judge these communities on practices after ages of forced assimilation. You didn’t happen to mention mosuo which still fight to maintain their ideals even now with lots of persecution by the Chinese government. Nice try though. RACIST!!!!

Some dude earlier implied that most men would kill to protect their wives “purity”. How is that not implying that the woman’s fidelity is somehow under his power and his control? Or that it reflects poorly on his house? Antisocialite is true… you clearly need to touch grass.

Then I guess we are diametrically opposed and I am not sure I would care to engage in your racist ideology. Mosuo, nyimba, Inuit? You’re saying these cultures don’t deserve respect? Pardon? They deleted their account? So obviously SOME women argue in bad faith and deserve to be dismissed as such. Arguing that ANY man is gross for even speaking to them, yet being receptive to sexual violence due to some desireable feature, is not demeaning to short guys but it IS messed up and I think we can all agree on that? No? Or are you cool with brainwashed victims being used by predators?

/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/24 12:22 AM

Most people are not faithful to their relationship. And you agreed that’s unethical. Which I could not agree more.

Okay then denounce that behavior.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/24 12:08 AM

This is true. But it still speaks to a “natural” state of infidelity, considering that younger people, less indoctrinated, behave this way.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/24 11:54 PM
1

The bar for social institution is low. Honestly infidelity in the face of marriage is as much of a “social institution” as marriage is. Especially considering how many “monogamous” cultures have loopholes for infidelity. Just take Victorian England: a time when women’s purity is of utmost importance but also a time when you could hire a prostitute with impunity. It was seen as “righteous” to spill your seed on prostitutes and save your high born wife the embarrassment.

/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/24 11:46 PM

Do you see some fundamental reason why sex is such a source of jealousy? The comparison is solid, very important social bond. I care less about the ladies I fuck than some family members. Yet I’m supposed to defend my girlfriend to the death? Gtfooh….
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/24 11:46 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/24 11:28 PM

False. I like hot dogs. Some people like fried crickets. Edit: your naturalistic fallacy arguments are unsatisfying to me. Due to the fact monogamy is not ubiquitous right now, let alone over the course of 200k years. Beyond that it gets really screwy. Considering we are one of the very few animals that is supposedly “monogamous”. You can argue that it’s “the best way” but you can’t argue that it’s NATURAL.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/24 11:22 PM

It’s also not monogamy? See how fruitless that type of tactic is?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/24 11:21 PM

It is now. But who is to say that that is the “natural” way or it is our “inherent” nature?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/24 11:20 PM
2

Why is it advantageous? I love my mom, I’m glad my siblings do as well. It just means there’s more people looking out for her. Why should it be any different for my wife? I’m curious based on your user name. Do you believe we are fundamentally violent jealous apes or altruistic, pleasure loving apes? The way I see it, it is up to us to choose.

This actually raises an interesting point. If I stole your barbecue, you could call the cops on me. But if I fuck your wife and you kill me, you broke the law. Not me. So why do we act like we own people in some kind of marital slavery. We clearly don’t.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/24 11:01 PM

Pre industrial Inuit people. Nyimba people in Tibet. There’s a lot. Monogamy is in no way ubiquitous. Edit: forgot to describe, some of these societies are polygynous some are polyandrous, some are omnigamous. But western ideals about jealousy and the “ultimate importance of the pair bond” and “cuckholding” are not great concerns. I’m sure there is jealousy and outcasts and it’s not utopian, yet it IS different. And it DOES seem to work for those cultures.

And often there is infidelity, yet even if there is zero infidelity 50% of marriages end. Does that sound like something we were built for? It fails about half the time on paper and even successful marriages will have infidelity issues along the way. Without discussing cheating, 50% of marriages end. Even if there’s no cheating I think that is enough to say that MAAAAAYBE we’re not built for it. Or that the culture around it is broken somehow. If the answer to infidelity is “divorce and find someone new” then I’d say we’re already engaging in some kind of omnigamy. People just call it serial monogamy, but of course there’s overlap.

And I’m a fair and honest person. I’ll say that it’s wrong for BOTH groups to have those views. Is that such a diabolical position? Women are wrong for belittling short guys and treating them subhuman, just like men are wrong for treating fat women poorly. NOBODY is wrong for fucking who they find attractive and EVERYONE is wrong for bullying and hating on people they simply don’t want to fuck. I would argue that monogamy and marriage is a laughable facade. Some people have happy, faithful marriages but to say MOST is a little generous.

Here. I mean it’s so prevalent to hear blue pill feminists say a behavior in men is bad but the same exact behavior is fine for women. This whole thread is people defending lady preferences and disparaging men’s preferences. Rather than the sane thing which would be saying: “yes it’s fetishism for both groups and that’s fine” or “no it’s not fetishism for either side”. That would be the mature and intellectually honest answer.

I’m not hating, it’s a rhetorical question. I just argue that there is a “better way”. I get really exhausted of the prominent idea in this sub that humans are “naturally” jealous, violent, war-like hoarders of mates and wealth. There’s really no way to prove that preferences of the day are just preferences or “natural”
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/24 06:43 PM

So should we go through life, constantly acting on our most base desires? Also I’d counter that being prosocial is just as evolutionarily advantageous. There’s really no way to prove one leads to greater “fitness” than the other.

I disagree that height is a “natural” “biological” preference. The science shows that visual cues like that are less ubiquitous than preferences for things like scent (owing to MHC differences and compatibilities) and novelty.

Just admit that some (I’m being generous) women are attracted to traits that are viewed by society more broadly as negative. Risk taking, stubbornness, “confidence” bordering on arrogance. I don’t fully agree that women are the choosier sex but if we assume that is the case then you can’t say “men need to evolve and be better” because that would just mean more enlightened gentlemen being mugged off and single.

I would argue that it’s one of the root causes of the issues we see today. Owing to the built in jealousy and ownership over your spouse in these traditions.

People underestimate the importance of culture and social bonds in humans. The whole narrative is about how we are killer apes who are naturally polygynous and kill each other for mating opportunities (big and strong is good). There is evidence though, that humans (and close relatives) can create cultures where being the most socially gifted is as or more important in obtaining and maintaining status and therefore reproductive success. Alpha male chimps will form strong bonds and cabals with big…

Alpha fucks, beta buxx. It’s a colloquial term to describe what evolutionary psychologists might call the “mixed strategy”. Where a lady settles for a guy who can provide stability. Either keeping the door open to affairs from perceived “alpha types” or retiring from chasing those types to “settle” with a guy who doesn’t excite her so much but has available resources and stability.

It is a numbers game dominated by people who don’t care about rejection or making someone uncomfortable. I agree more good men need to do the pursuing. I think that starts with ending the myth that women are rarely receptive to advances and constantly fearing for their life around men. Maybe they actually want romantic and sexual attention. Maybe men aren’t as violent and scary as we’ve been told. Just maybe.

It’s a lot of work and it can be worth it. Nobody is so bad as to be good for nothing. Don’t be all surprised and hurt when your golden retriever BF who spent his whole life being a gentleman is bummed out that you gangbanged the entire galaxy. Either work with them or leave, don’t act like they’re an asshole for not accepting your life choices.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/01/24 05:21 PM

I disagree. I think it’s because younger women are more susceptible to certain tactics. Therefore easier to exploit. The only issue is you can’t raise the age of legal adulthood to 30 when women start to value the things that make a good partner.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/01/24 04:18 PM
-1

This is true in certain cultural structures. I would counter that in certain societies today and certainly in our nomadic hunter gatherer past, women were more free with their favor because parentage was less understood. There are societies that believe that all male contributions affect the quality of offspring, so a woman will sleep with a tall guy, a good hunter, a kind gentleman, so that her child might be a combination of them all. The babies with the “most fathers” tend to be very well loo…

We’re definitely different. I guess it depends on how you define horniness. I can only have sex a few times a day. Women can have sex all day long and orgasm every single time. Furthermore, even chimp females (the ones who are supposed to be slaves to violent polygyny) will sneak off to bang males from neighboring troops. Once I’m satisfied i don’t care much about sex for at LEAST 30 minutes to an hour. Different sure, but not more or less promiscuous.

Ah but would we really need chastity belts if women were NATURALLY chaste? If it was NATURAL for women to be choosy (for instance to avoid stds) then why the female genital mutilation?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/01/24 09:49 PM
-7

False. The idea that women are the choosier sex is to do with the standard narrative of human sexuality being described by Christian dudes in the 19th century. If women are so chaste why are there women getting stoned to death for adultery in some parts of the world? Surely the death penalty would be a good reason to stick with your husband, no?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/01/24 09:28 PM

False. I’d love to see anything that approaches evidence How many times can you do it in a day? If females are so chaste, why all the safeguards protecting their purity? How do you explain cultures where women are the ones doing the sport fucking and enjoying every second of it?

Their whole narrative is based on how Darwin and his contemporaries viewed sex and relationships. Just as we may be predisposed towards violence and hoarding wealth, there are examples of close ape relatives and human cultures who have wildly different cultures around sex. Edit: Just wanted to add that I kinda understand why they do this. Red pill works, they looked at the biases of the times and cater to them. I do understand how evolution works. The population is the unit of evolution. Not the individual. So, unless there is some ubiquitous behavior (think, being thirsty) which preference for height is NOT, especially over evolutionary time, then you cannot make claims about how something is the function of evolution. I’m not saying all evolutionary psychology is hokum. Some of it is compelling. For instance, they have done experiments on human mate choice and find that things like body odor (researc…
/r/PurplePillDebate30/01/24 05:44 PM
1

The whole point is you can’t say a behavior is the result of evolution UNLESS there’s some ubiquitous behavior over generations. Evolutionary psychology shows that the only trait that women reliably choose in experiments is the one who is different from the rest in some novel way, so height sure, could be that novelty. It could also be anything else.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/01/24 05:33 PM

You’re brainwashed dude. You misunderstand evolution. It’s cope for you to ignore science and just listen to internet propaganda. If human mate selection were as you understand it, where women choose the fittest person based on their body type. Then people living in the cold would be predisposed to choose short stocky men who retain heat better. But I know girls in the coldest parts of America who still insist on dating a tall skinny guy. Culture, NOT hard wired biases are what inform modern hum…
/r/PurplePillDebate29/01/24 10:11 PM
2

I replied to another comment making exactly that point, sexual selection doesn’t necessarily lead to more fitness in a population. Which further confounds the arguments that human female mate selection is based on some hard wired bias of women towards what is “fitness”
/r/PurplePillDebate29/01/24 10:04 PM

You just made a point for my case, society and culture dictate the flavor of the day. And until recently nobody knew anything about health to make claims or mate choices as to what was healthy let alone what might make you more likely to survive.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/01/24 10:02 PM
1

It is a naturalistic fallacy, people assume being big is good because they see big elk winning the females, but there are just as many examples of being small or fast or clever having an advantage in nature. As for sexual selection choosing the smaller individuals there’s a classic example of snakes presenting female characteristics to sneak themselves into the position of mating. Furthermore sexual selection doesn’t necessarily result in fitter populations. Peacock feathers actively make peacoc…
/r/PurplePillDebate29/01/24 09:39 PM

False. Being big and strong can decrease fitness as much as it increases it. Fitness just means who is more likely to reproduce. I don’t care if you’re big and strong, if I’m fucking your wife while you’re hunting… then who is the fittest?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/01/24 09:32 PM
0

Small or no the difference would have a more concrete effect on fitness than a trait that might affect mate choice which is more complex and can be affected by society.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/01/24 09:24 PM
7

Evolutionary theory is good for analyzing how bodies and metabolisms came to be. But it kinda fails at explaining complex behaviors. To say “women like tall guys because it’s natural, tall guys are bigger and stronger, better protectors” is a naturalistic fallacy. Where calories are hard to come by, being large is a huge disadvantage.

I think “nice guy” just means guy who doesn’t feel comfortable taking a risk on making someone else uncomfortable.
