Treat every client the same, never pedestalize anyone

Always keep separate finances. You wouldn’t let a baby ride a bike, in the same way you wouldn’t let someone who can’t control their finances have access to your accounts.

Best way to combat it is to start treating time with the respect it deserves. Step 1: Get out a pen and paper. Write down your goals starting from end to beginning. This will look like this 50 year goals 25 year goals 10 year 5 year 1 year 6 mo 1 mo 1 wk 1 day 1 hr College aged and young men have too much time they use to sit down and hang around people with no ambition for the most part. This helps break out of that. Be very critical who you are letting influence you (even family and BEST frien…

Who the hell gets vitamin D from a pharmacy? This isn’t something you’re prescribed, you just go get it. Protein powder is a supplement as well, and our ancestors didn’t drink protein shakes.. should we not drink them either? We don’t NEED them

So let me get this straight... you were acting ‘beta’ before red pill, found redpill, thought you were redpill, and after all that you justified in your mind that you started acting ‘beta’ again under your own will because you wanted to “see if TRP really works”? Dude.. making friends, being social, etc isn’t a direct result of being redpilled first of all. That’s a result of being a normal, healthy human being. Betas have friends and social lives too. Sounds to me like you were never red pill i…

I’m assuming you were drinking enough water but did you have anything to retain electrolytes? That might be why

Look man, to each their own. But I digress, this sub isn’t just about getting your dick wet but improving your lifestyle as a man. I used a sauna and found that it improved my lifestyle, so I wrote about it to help other men improve their lifestyle. How does it do this? Fortifies your mind (literally listed in the post), improves mindfulness (helps maintain frame), makes you sweat (cleanses pores, better for skin and improves mood). On top of that, I’m not sure how it would be a misuse of the wo…

You’re right, it does. This is why I stated I’m going to try it out for myself and see how it goes. However, don’t miss the forest through the trees here, saunas in general have tons of benefits that any self actualizing man would be foolish not to at least test for themselves. The reason I mentioned it was because I came across this video on YouTube https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=bBfJelh9P6A This guy swears by it and looks great for mid 40s. I figure don’t knock it til you try it

Sure, but taking the easy way essentially guarantees you won’t. The best piece of advice is do what leads to long term fulfillment, which is constantly pushing your comfort zone

This isn’t bad advice. But I disagree with the selfies part. Sure, it’s positive reinforcement, but what’s the point of relying on external validation to just be able to get in the door? What if people get tired of seeing douchey shirtless selfies and quit validating you? (Which they eventually will). Hopefully by that point you’d have AT LEAST a little discipline to be able to stick with it, but I don’t personally believe that point falls In line with typical red pill ideology.

Exactly, it is easy to draw the conclusion that men are lagging so far behind when it comes to empathy in this scenario, but follow with a question like “How would you recommend the lady to improve her lemonade?” and likely the boys’ answers would be far more constructive while the girls will be only slightly more constructive to keep in line with their original answers. I think true empathy would be telling someone what they need to hear rather than what they would like to hear. One answer is h…

You’re right, the same exact way that learning more about financial markets means sitting in front of the tv watching bitcoin pundits all day. If you’re religious, read the Bible for yourself. The main point here being, get your information from the source and be wary of intermediaries.
