I think it's all relative. It also depends on the quality of sex. My girlfriend and I can go at it for 2-3hours on/off and multiple positions. We go from conversation to foreplay to kissing to caressing and snuggling to multiple positions and showering together. It's a whole event. So we can do this 3 days in a row. Being Attractive helps. But knowing how to find out deeply about someone quick is an art. So you know their weaknesses. It's all psychology. Body language, self awareness, reading what woman are actually trying to say when they talk indirectly... list goes on. It's all emotional intelligence and knowing a lot about human behavior.

Even if they don't get the girl. They've made it known they're there and practiced their banter. Practice makes perfect. It's a game of practice and numbers but most importantly self awareness. If you can make a girl laugh and smile you're already 1 foot in the door. The other women want the same attention.

They will find it in another person if they're not constantly validated and reassured. It's a lot of constant work and reassurance. And clearly I can only do it for a few months. Doesn't matter how much good sex, compatibility, resources and stability you offer. That's what I found at least.

But if you already lack confidence and it leads to anxiety you should deal with those first. What insecurity leads to anxiety? Practice speaking to people through work. I luckily work with people face to face and lots of women. So my environment I naturally can practice my humor, banter and I'm able to read human behavior and body language through decades of interac…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
