I'm almost 29. I weighed 125 my whole life until I was about 27 (I'm 6'1, so I was very skinny). I'm pushing 160 now. I finally gained weight when I basically gave myself permission to eat whatever I could force into my mouth as frequently as possible. I drank tons of whole milk and ate peanut butter every day. Once I got the ball rolling the weight kept coming and I began to work on improving my diet. This probably isn't the best or most healthy advice, but that is what worked for me after year…

Walk away. Chad was doing what Chads do. You're not going to teach him a lesson. Women, on the other hand, thrive on the kind of dramatic bullshit that ensues from what you are wanting to do. And don't forget that they will throw you under the fucking bus in a heartbeat to save face. Doesn't matter how many chat logs you have. All that she has to do is open her mouth and decide to say that you pressured her into the sex and you're fucked. The only winning move is not to play.

My voice is fucked. Very deep and monotone. I'm pretty witty and interesting and so forth in 1 on 1 conversations, but I feel like I fall by the wayside in group conversations because of how my voice doesn't project. Today I was talking to my boss and another female coworker and a few people from another branch of our company. We all like each other pretty well, but I noticed several occasions where I would start to answer a question or tell a story and everyone would just stop listening, look v…

She talks about his red pill posts like he's in a fucking child porn ring. God forbid he post on an internet forum where he believes he can sort his life out and figure out why his wife is a huge cunt who never wants to fuck him. Meanwhile, while he's posting in that awful red pill place about disgusting things like being more attractive to his wife and lifting weights, she is posting in other subs saying that she would literally never have sex with him for the rest of her life if she didn't hav…

Do you know of any examples off-hand? Kind of know what you and OP are saying, but it is hard to hear it in my mind now. I'm not really sure if I do it or not.

So glad you posted this. I just noticed myself doing this last week and couldn't really pinpoint exactly what I was doing. All I knew was that whatever came out of my mouth usually wasn't what I wanted to say. Things were always softened. I was reading some old emails from my ex-fiance that I was comfortable with and noticed that I almost never softened my language with her. It seems like I mostly do it at work because I have a female boss who is an overweight feminist and all of my coworkers ar…

I've always had this problem. I've loved writing since I was a kid so I kind of grew up writing love letters and shit when I thought that was the thing to do. Even now I like the idea of it in an artistic way or whatever even though I know it's a terrible idea for actually interacting with women. I made the mistake recently (even after three years of TRP) of writing a drunk and very long and mostly negative Facebook message to a girl I had been on a few dates with. It wasn't BP stuff about us or…

What you're experiencing in the first paragraph is pretty common. If you want to learn to handle things like that better, you have to do it the same way you learn any skill or improve any social skill. Exposure. It's no different from a phobia of spiders or a fear of rejection or whatever. You can rationalize it for a hundred years and you will still choke up the first time someone yells at you. Only by putting yourself out there can you learn to adapt better when something happens. I'd guess th…

This is the one that has stuck with me the most. I spent a lot of my youth trying to convince specific girls to like me and it totally changed my worldview.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
